In the past month, series of high magnitude earthquakes hit Turkey and Syria, killed 46,000+ people and left many more homeless. I had an opportunity to give a talk at #BPS2023 where I also addressed this tragic event and how to help who were affected. ++

It is deafening to notice the indifference of people to human tragedy when it happens elsewhere. Not expecting people to change their lives…but not even a single sentence when 40+ thousand people passed away and millions lost everything in one night?
