What actually happens when Claude analyses a financial document for errors? I gave Opus 4.6 a deliberately broken pitch deck: 21 pages of PDF, a backing Excel model, and a DOCX earnings report. It found 40 issues including formulas that drive PP&E negative

For all my lifters: computer vision app to measure back curvature during deadlift! main technical highlights: — RF-DETR (Roboflow) to segment the person (great performance out-the-box with no additional training!) — YOLO11n (Ultralytics) for bounding box prediction around the barbell weight plate (trained on my own small dataset). — Mediapipe (Google) for pose landmark detection to guide the bounds for the line fitting. — Custom logic to fit a line across the back. about the plots on the right side: The Back Roundness Map shows the deviation of the estimated back curve from a line of best fit. @ApoStructura @elonmusk This is a dangerous comparison as it focuses on size only and not thrust

Gemini 3 Deep Think generated a real-time 3D WiFi radar that maps every network around you as glowing nodes in a Matrix-style space — in one shot. It used Pearson correlation to infer which APs are physically close, since RSSI alone isn't enough.

This will be so awesome 🤩
SpaceX is now shifting their priorities into building a Moon Base - doing so in less than a decade. This proposal from the ISU involves converting a Starship into a lunar base, Skylab-style. Starship’s ~1000m^ 3 of pressurized volume would result in a copious base.

@MarcusHouse @IsoStarbase After seeing isometric.nyc/ I am starting to create a version for Starbase and other launch sites. Would be cool to use your videos as a way of showing the weekly updates so there could be a timeline view of progression.

Powerful, any insight on how clustered cross-merchant SKUs are? Is there good consensus or do merchants obfuscate : supplier SKUs?

Agents will become a common way people shop. So today we are releasing 3 tools to make adding commerce to those agents trivial: - Checkout Kit: embed commerce widgets and checkout(!) directly into your agent and chat. This is already being used by Microsoft’s @Copilot. - Shopify Catalog: low latency global product search across millions of merchants - Universal Cart: shop from any store, anywhere, in one cart With these, you can build seamless embedded commerce experiences quickly, starting with all the best products by the best merchants in the world instead of having to sign them all up individually. No need to build a complex new checkout, or dealing with regulatory marketplace rules. Commerce just plugs in and feels seamless in conversations. We believe commerce should be everywhere people are, so we’re making that as easy as possible for the AI age.
