Would you be scared of losses if you ideally know how many times you will lose on average before a win ? You probably don’t know your average loss streak that’s why it’s scary every-time you hit red. Psychology only becomes a problem when you lack data 📊 Peace 🐢

Powerful questions to ask yourself ⁉️ • If money and status were no object, what would I do? • If I was less afraid of other people’s opinions, what would I say? • What actually makes me happy? • What is my definition of success if money and followers were taken out of the equation? • What are the things I’m hiding from myself? • What are the emotions I’m unprepared to feel?

I struggle to understand why traders get overly excited when they hit tp ? I mean you already accepted the possibility and odds of that target hitting, that’s the sole purpose why you placed the bet correct ? On the inverse note, why are you sad when you take a loss ? Was it not anticipated outcome for wrong guess !! The only criteria for extreme display of emotions are if events are unplanned e.g you forgot to set tp and nfp happened and you made x5 of your initial agreement, mistake yes, exciting yes I guess. But crashing out on expected outcome is ghey 🥲🥲
