I built my own Instinct before I knew it existed. 37 agents across 8 workspaces. I text them all day. I own all the data. The best part happens while Im asleep. Heres last night, from the logs.

I use Grokbot and the CLI and Herdr for all my home machines and built a Blue Bubbles connection to iMessage. And my favorite setup, all things considered, is to communicate with my full fleet of agents from iMessage, which talks to agents in Herdr and then they talk to each other. I also use Grokbot and have my home lab talk to Grokbot, but I actually prefer iMessage over opening Grokbot because it's so good native on the iPhone. And then the home lab sends me a lot of images for approvals and codes, and I could steer all the businesses every day that way. So I think the CLI has its place as the underlying piece. I also live in a rural area, signal isn't always great, and everything basically being better offline because I can just open iMessage and everything's cached is sick

I prefer herdr. All the same bebefits but better multi machine multiplexer. Agents talk to each other is better too. That with omarchy for main machine controlling ubuntu fleets at home. So good.
