I am still waiting for resolution, it is now being told that sony don't have the required part available. It was my fault that I had bought Sony TV.

@sony_india .. I had made complain regarding Sony TV on 3 days back..and again escalated after listening 2 mjnutes advertisement campaign yesterday and today.. Still no technician/service center contacted me.. Your service is so pathetic, why are you selling products in INDIA.
