the bill quite literally has no language to require this sex verification to be through a doctor physical. theres now nothing stopping teachers from looking at your daughter or sons genitals!

every state isn’t the same, and the language is intentionally vague on it. The votes must be canvassed and verified before it goes into effect, but government and courts can still challenge the amendments
