Some followers have asked me off record why I started being active on X.
At first I had no idea what I wanted to do with this account. Just spreading my thoughts? Commenting at random? Sharing scientific insights? Trolling hihi? 🙃
I'd probably continue sharing my thoughts on actua and sport topics. But I think I will start focusing the scope of this account more to sharing my insights, as senior pharma professional in R&D, on biotech topics that are publicaly traded. As this has the biggest impact on regular people trying to make a buck for a living betting on the stock market and biotech in particular.
So please feel free to share your thoughts with me on any of my findings. I have no intent to start shilling stocks, and will always disclose if I have a stake in a particular stock or not.
Also there is no intent to start writing big research letters behind a paywall, simply because most of these letters or largely hypothetical. Unless you have inside info, a lot is guessing.
That's why I will adhere to the facts and observable from a high level perspective.
- What does this drug do?
- Is there a sizeable market for the drug?
- What does the competition say?
- Most importantly, does the drug work and is it safe?
- Is there significant dilution risk or not?

If you're intrested in investing and investing in biotech stocks in particular I encourage you to follow me.
Please keep interactions constructive.
I texted my friend he might start thinking of adding a bag of $PGEN at current price levels.
He just texted me back he's scared it will go lower and will wait for now.
You can't make this up! 😂
My prediction? He will miss bottom and will have to buy at higher prices then today 😄
#NFA
Funny how people work.
So I told this friend I bought $PGEN this summer because I believe in the drug they're selling.
So he apes my trade last week while not telling me or asking if this is the right moment.
Now he texts me if he should sell and buy back lower as $PGEN was down yesterday by almost 10% 🤣
This is so funny and I have seen it so many times before.
The markets truly do remarkable things with the non trained human brain.
REMINDER: if you want to invest in biotech, stick with your trade until the narrative clearly breaks. If not, wild swings is part of this game. (and a dip of 10% is not even considered wild 🤪)
Stay safe friends, and know what you own and why!

$FATE is a complex story with a huge history that left traumatized investors with a headache for a lifetime.
BUT how are they doing now?
Well pretty good if you ask me. Their star product FT819 showed a clinical significant response. Agree, only in 2 patients. But it are those patients that received the treatment regime FATE is going to use in their registrational phase 2 study RECLAIM-LN.
More importantly, when playing with CAR-T safety is your top priority. Even more because FATE's business case is build on the fact that this can be done in an ambulatory setting, better be safe then!
See below the slide with the safety overview in ALL patients (n=29) dosed in the phase 1 study. No CRS grade 3 or higher, no ICAN's, no dose limiting toxicity... That's pretty cool right?
Furthmore FATE was granted RMAT designation by @FDA, that's not something to taken lightly. It means health authorities see potential in FATE's FT819 product to make a meaningful impact on patients life's. Thus helping FATE scientists in the build-up and follow up of their potential registrational phase 2 study RECLAIM-LN!
First patients are already enrolled, with recruitment completion being expected around H1 2028. Neatly aligning with FATE's cash runway. If the thesis holds FATE should be able to raise cash in strenght.
This should give investors some relieve, so they can sit back and relax, waiting for updates on clinical progress.
My 2 cents for today on #Biotech. Please friends, always #DYOR
Disclosure: I have a small bag of $FATE
We presented new clinical data on FT819 in lupus nephritis at the ASN Kidney Week conference this weekend. Read more about it here: shorturl.at/ILiqv and find the presentation here: shorturl.at/BTW6R $FATE
So $EIKN stock took a beating yesterday after EIK1001 results were published.
This is probably why 👇
1. Results from the TeLuRide-006 weren't breathtaking. No PFS results were reported and with no comparator arm (which was known), comparing EIK1001 with SoC became impossible.
2. Roll out of interim data from TeLuRide-008, thus potentially proving the thesis of Eikon Tx EIK1001, are still far ahead of us -> H2 2027. That's a long time for investors.
3. Competition: This one I didn't highlight yesterday and I saw the publication only this morning from Kelun-Biotech $6990.HK. Their product, sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT), showed clinical significant results (see picture below) in NSCLC with a PFS of 15.0 months versus 5.7 months; hazard ratio [HR] 0.49; 95% confidence interval 0.36–0.65; p<0.0001.
That's impressive and screams "our product works better then SoC!"
Thus putting the bar for $EIKN even higher and also explaining why the market re-rated Eikon Tx to the downside!
That's why I'm staying sidelined for now, and Kelun just gave me another reason to do so until a clear positive newscatalyst swings our way.
So far my take on $EIKN for a while.
Please friends, always #DYOR
$EIKN EIK1001 posters are online!
Let's skip the TiP poster and dive straight into the TeLuRide-005 poster!
Although TeLuRide-005 primary endpoint was safety (which remains good!), I was particularly intrested in the efficacy table. (see screenshot for details)
Now I must immediatly state that this trial is an open label study with no comparator. So basically we can not say for certain there is an added benefit of EIK1001 compared to SoC.
But when you look at the ORR and DCR in the SQ cohort, EIK1001 looks very promising. ORR of 72.4% and DCR of 100%! Furthermore, PD-L1 TPS remains relative consistent across percentages. Signaling the potential of EIK1001 effect aside from the MoA of pembrolizumab!
I know I shoudn't get too excited yet, as these remain relative small numbers and we have no comparator arm. But I see this glass as clearly half full!
So what next? Well what TeLuRide-005 lacks, TeLuRide-008 will have to bring to the table. Timeline somewhere in H2 2027, that's still a long time for investors.
What I'd do next? Honestly I'm turning bullish on $EIKN but will stay sidelined for now.
Why? Basically because H2 2027 is still a long way and a lot can still go wrong before the markets start re-rating Eikon Tx, if (and that remains a big "if") TeLuRide-008 confirms what we need to know.
And that's only talking about the EIK1001 program. As my followers might know, Eikon Tx has a massive pipeline for a small biotech company. Any bad news in any of those programs might affect the stock price in a bad way.
So follow me for continued updates if you will and I'll disclose if I would take a stake in the company.
Please also always #DYOR friends.

So preaching realism and cauting last Friday wasn't so crazy after all, seeing the current sell-off in $NAUT today.
Don't want to sound bearish lads, but such drops in small caps, with no news, seldom end well short term.
Will be listening to management tomorrow, but I can hardly imagine any positive news will come that might skyrocket the stock price back to new highs.
Might be wrong though...
Will be holding onto my small bag of $NAUT until further notice, but the party might be over for now.
Stay tuned.

First update on $EIKN so far.
Friday Eikon Tx presented updates on EIK1003, EIK1004 and EIK1005.
I'm not going to go into detail as there were no groundbreaking results presented on those assets (as expected).
Bottom line: all 3 programs are on track and presented good data. Keeping Eikon Tx on track with their whole clinical pipeline.
But the cherry on the cake will be today. Eikon Tx will be presenting data on their most advanced, most de-risked asset, EIK1001.
Two posters will tell us more about the phase 2/3 efficacy data in stage 4 NSCLC patients with EIK1001.
I will not be so focused on ORR, as this is basically proven with EIK1001, what I want to see is strong PFS data. The first metric tells you if the drug works, that's nice, but in oncology you want to see a durable effect, that is what PFS will tell us.
Let's hope for patients they present strong results!
Stay tuned, will share more updates later today or tomorrow.
And please friends, never forget to #DYOR
Something that caught my eye this weekend was $ABBV.NE FDA approval for it's star product SKYRIZI subcutaneous regimen last week.
Why?
Because it stated "an endoscopic response on week 12"
So that made me wonder, is this potentially bad for $AGMB ?
The answer I believe is not clear cut.
First of all, Abbvie's SKYRIZI targets the suppression of IL-23 inflammation. Thus the goal is remission of symptoms, not curing any fibrotic strictures in advanced Crohn's disease. That's exactly what Agomab is trying to do with its AGMB-129 product.
However, what if SKYRIZI's powerful suppression of inflammation prevents or partially reverses fibrotic strictures? Then that would significantly increase the bar for Agomab to enter the market.
The market already reacted very enthousiastically on this FDA approval and Abbvie is once more in price discovery.
Will keep an eye on the next SKYRIZI data and try to make a comparison with the first efficacy data of AGMB-129 once out in the open.
Intresting times...

Disclosure: I do not have a stake in $ABBV.NE (alas) nor in $AGMB
Disclaimer: I invest in more then biotech 😄 $XBI
Today I rode passed one of the great companies I hold in my “forever portfolio”, $BUD
A great Belgian company that went global with a product I personally like very much 🍻
Last week, when attending the live podcast event of @tijd #debeursvoyeurs, a real time survey showed many Belgian investors have an appetite for $BUD as a stock in their own portfolio.
It’s a stock I own for years already and keep compounding.
Do you know this company or have some intresting insights? Let me know in the comments 👇
Voor mijn Belgische volgers. De meeste biotech bedrijven zijn listed op wall street, die koop dus ik dus in dollars, dan spelen wisselkoersen enorm mee. Daarom zit ik bij Degiro en Saxo.
My 2 cents.
Mooi overzicht weer van @tijd

It’s a cliché, but wealth truly is health and family.
I took some heat yesterday for preaching realism with $NAUT
That’s ok, I respect a difference in opinion.
Today and tomorrow will be just family time and some science reading. I have a busy week in pharma so I hope I can share some new insights on $EIKN and others.
Have a great weekend friends!
Seeing a lot of idiotic posts on $NAUT , now it continues its insane pump.
“Next multibillion dollar company, the future of biotech and blablabla…”
Glad for every speculator in profits but be cautious lads. Noone has a crystal ball! $NAUT still has everything to prove. Don’t want to ruin the party, but I like to stay realistic instead of giving in to the hopium.
I’m not a TA guru, but this looks like the first green candle of a new leg up. More speculators and plebs “we are always too late” piling in no doubt. Possibly price action seeking previous high around $4,3-ish next week.
Consider taking profits around that level (I might), chances we dump around 27OCT are pretty high.
Will we go higher after an inevitabel correction? Possibly… so please have your risk management plan in place.
Be safe friends, and don’t forget to always #DYOR
Might be sharing my thoughts on $IOVA ‘s latest clinical trial results next Monday.
However, will already have a ton off work with digesting what $EIKL will throw at us.
Stay tuned and have a great weekend friends!

Investeerders vs Experten in het veld. Kapitalisme vs altruisme.
Stay tuned.

$NAUT stays on the rise🚀
Large X accounts keep shilling this highly speculative stock.
I wrote an article about $NAUT this month (check my feed for more info), highlighting risks&opportunities.
The company will come with Q3 2026 results next week (27OCT), but pre-sale numbers are only to be expected Q1 2027. Revenue will come from the MJFF grant and early-access services (Baylor College of Medicine as first customer). But this will be marginal and off no intrest to me as an investor.
Is this the typical buy the rumor sell the fact kinda set-up in place short term? Possibly....
If I had no exposure to $NAUT today, I would definatly wait unti 27OCT before making any informed descision. Chasing now seems like a too risky bet imho.
I'll be watching $NAUT closely the coming months 👀
Please friends, always #DYOR

Dank u Professor Dom.
