Released From Jail, Ran Into a Creek, Got Tased. Now Activists Blame ICE.
ICE agents were waiting outside Elmwood Jail in Milpitas, California, Wednesday night when four men walked out. Instead of complying, they ran and tried to escape through a creek. Agents surrounded them, and one man was tased. Firefighters and EMS took him to a hospital in San Jose. His condition hasn't been released.
Activists filmed the aftermath and claim his medical care was delayed. The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office says it doesn't work with ICE or share release dates, so agents now wait outside the jail. The sheriff's office says ICE has taken 60 people into custody at release since last year.
In my opinion, this is what sanctuary policy gets you. Instead of a quiet handoff inside a jail, you get foot chases through creeks in the dark.
What should happen to sanctuary states and why hasn't it been done yet?
🛑 ICE Hunts Illegal Aliens Along Riverbank Outside Elmwood Jail 🛑
ICE agents are searching the riverbank outside Elmwood Correctional Facility in Milpitas, California for illegal aliens who were released from the jail and ran. These are illegal aliens with criminal histories, and Santa Clara County let them walk instead of handing them to ICE.
Meltdown Maria is in tears on camera because ICE is trying to round up criminals and deport them. Not to protect victims. Not to protect her neighbors. To protect illegal aliens with records.
This was never about public safety for these people. It's about skin color and La Raza, criminal record or not.
Deport every single one of these illegal invaders, and to hell with the people fighting it.
If the county had honored the ICE detainer, would agents be combing a riverbank right now?

Also, if Democrats get a clean sweep, they’ll arrest many of us on entirely made up charges just to take us off the board in the following election. They’ll go full communist dictatorship if they get a trifecta. Go vote. There’s no good excuse not to. The socialists and communists control the party now. There’s not time to sit this out.
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

The Gates Foundation is one of Kara Swisher’s major sponsors of her podcast.
If you’ve ever listened to her show, you’ve heard a Gates Foundation ad.
Makes it ever more clear why she is targeting @elonmusk.
Kara Swisher responds to Elon and says she was just "factually speaking" on what she hears from Democrats about going after him:
"He threatened me with some sword or something like that."
"I said when the Democrats return, guess what's going to happen? It's hell to pay, right? Of course it is."
"And that I was just factually speaking, because I've been talking to them."
Everyone knows by now that Democrats are salivating to weaponize their power to investigate and prosecute Elon.
Swisher here attempting the "don't attack the messenger" defense is comical, however. She's salivating more than any of them.

These three policies would destroy the country. Importing millions of foreigners with the intention of turning them into voters for permanent political power is everything that’s wrong with politics. Elon is trying to preserve this country while we still can.

TRAGIC AND PREVENTABLE DEATH:
Ryan O’Shea, 21, a University of New Haven student and club hockey senior assistant captain, was killed Oct. 16 in a head-on crash on I-91 in North Haven, CT, when a pickup truck traveling the wrong way struck his vehicle.
The driver was Guillermo Carmona-Lopez, a 31-year-old Mexican illegal alien. He should never have been in the United States in the first place, let alone behind the wheel.
In May 2013, Border Patrol arrested Carmona-Lopez after he illegally entered the country. He was issued an expedited removal and removed. He then illegally reentered — a felony — and was arrested again by Border Patrol. He was issued a final order of removal and later reentered at an unknown time and place.
O’Shea was returning to campus after a hockey game. He was studying criminal justice and aspired to join the NYPD. His family joins the many American families who have been left with unimaginable loss.
Loss that was preventable.
This is our why.
EXCLUSIVE: University Hockey Captain Killed in Wrong Way Collision With Twice-Deported Mexican Illegal in Sanctuary Connecticut
A beloved member of the University of New Haven community was killed in a head-on collision with a driver who is in the U.S. illegally, federal authorities have confirmed with Border Hawk.
The tragedy unfolded at around 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 16 in North Haven, Connecticut.
Ryan O’Shea, 21, was driving southbound on Interstate 91 when a pickup truck traveling in the wrong direction slammed into his Honda Accord, causing his vehicle to strike two SUVs, Connecticut State Police (CSP) explained in an accident summary.
O’Shea, who was on his way back to campus after playing in a hockey game, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the pickup truck, who suffered “serious life-threatening injuries,” was identified as 31-year-old Guillermo Carmona-Lopez, a resident of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
“In May 2013, Border Patrol arrested Carmona-Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, after he illegally entered the country. Carmona-Lopez was issued an expedited removal and was removed from the country,” the Department of Homeland Security told us.
“He then illegally reentered the country near the Rio Grande Valley after being removed—a felony—and was once again arrested by Border Patrol in May 2013. Carmona-Lopez was issued a final order of removal on May 30, 2013. He then reentered the country at an unknown time and place.”
It is currently unclear if Carmona-Lopez will face charges in connection with the crash.
A resident of Stony Point, New York, O’Shea served as senior assistant captain of the university’s club hockey team and also chapter president of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.
He was studying criminal justice with a concentration in police science and aspired to work for the New York Police Department.
“Ryan was not only a great leader, but he was a caring friend to anyone around him. He always knew how to light up a room and make people laugh, no matter the time. Ryan’s leadership and the memories he has made will never be forgotten,” Kappa Sigma wrote in an Instagram post memorializing O’Shea.
Ryan’s sisters said he “always found a way to make everything positive.”
“He was always trying to go out of the way to help others and include them in new spaces if they didn’t know anyone,” Kiera O’Shea stated.
Two memorial scholarships have been established in Ryan O’Shea’s name. Contributions can be made here.
We contacted CSP to request more information on this investigation and Carmona-Lopez’s current condition and will provide updates if they become available.

Regardless of what the polls or prediction markets say, all that really matters is that people GO VOTE.
Every election brings new polls, headlines, and predictions.
In a free and open market, those trades bring together information from people across the country to produce a market price that updates in real time.
As new information comes in, people can change their minds. The odds change with them.
Markets tell you the odds. Voters decide the outcome.
