Hybrid vs long iron

Ball above feet lie!
⁃Aim right to allow for Face plane Tilt
⁃Encourages you to stand taller which rounds off the swing. This could cause more draw curvature
⁃Ball back to help strike due to the flatter swing
⁃Keep weight towards toes

The Visio Putting Arc shows the stroke is NOT straight back - straight through and also allows you to practice starting the ball on your intended line, a key element in putting.
You can also use two tee pegs placed 20cm down the line of your putt, 5cm apart!
Chipping Drill
A great drill to train the feeling of your body pivot and arm swing working together. Start with your right hand only on the club and then bring your left hand as close as you can to the grip without touching it. Try to maintain this distance throughout the swing.
