What if a 2H sunday morning could power 100 videos? And heres the kicker: Its exactly what brands like @AlexHormozi are doing to build solid inbound. After wasting thousands of dollars on generative AI, I finally escaped the matrix. Watch this and turn your socials into a lead generating machine👇 Content Factory Masterclass (without gen AI bullshit) 0:00 The hook 1:07 Why a factory 1:28 Why listen to me 2:05 What I’ll cover 2:31 Step 1: Pick your pillars 3:21 Step 2: Film it, then map it 8:52 Step 3: One library for all your footage 12:27 Step 4: Music, and why this is a workflow tool 14:17 Step 5: Storyboards keep agents on track 16:51 Step 6: You become the strategist 19:01 Step 7: Study what already worked 26:34 Step 8: Every video leaves a blueprint 28:04 Step 9: Animations are code, save them as skills 29:08 Step 10: One long video, months of posts 32:00 A factory without losing its soul (Im not anti-AI, but once you make content like this, genrative AI models look scamy AF)

Finally completed my mud home project on my land. A beautiful earthen home that I was working on with my friends and family. After 5 full months, I'm excited to list it on Airbnb! I have four other homes I rent for Airbnb, but this is the first home that I own on my land. So its a special one for me. Right next to my 25-year-old beast of a truck. Just the beginning.

You can see this as the worst time to be an editor, or the best time to be a strategist. Build a brand on Instagram or X and brands won't just pay you to edit. They'll run ads on your account.
28
Most editors only make storyboards for launch videos. Make one for the reel too. It shows the client you think in strategy, and the good ones pay more for that.
18
Editors: when a client asks you for an idea and you ask them for a brief, they'll go to Claude instead. Claude offers them a rough draft and a preview in 10 minutes. It won't be polished. The client won't care.

If nobody clicks your videos, fix the wrapper. Heres the science, with real swaps. Same video, new thumbnail 👇

Clicks arent the finish line. YouTubes own thumbnail test picks winners on watch time share. The wrapper has to match the video.

One catch. 1of10 lists the swaps that worked, so these are examples and not averages. Something else could have helped too. Ill post my numbers when I have them.

In June I gave a post-production agency a full brief, a storyboard and references. Two months later I got an off-brand video. $400 for 10 minutes. That's two months of Claude Max. How do you compete with that?

Editors: you're not an editor anymore. You're a strategist. Take the client's link. Find the winning videos in their niche. Break one down. Map it on a storyboard. Send a plan they can say yes to.

I'm starting a new habit where I wake up at 5 am, get a good workout, and get my work started by 6:30. I have four dogs, and I live on a farm in Thailand, so it's going to be fun to run with the sunrise. Let's see how it goes. I'm going to keep you posted. 🏃🏾🏃🏾🇹🇭
