These are the "American patriots" and "concerned Europeans" you're talking to on X. There's no reason to argue with computers. Just block them all and move on.

Mick Lynch wants a progressive wealth tax, which is a Green Party Policy, with the richest paying the same as everyone else on PAYE, 47%. That would bring in hundred of billions, it is time for the richest to pay what everyone else has been paying their whole lives.

The world is 700% richer than in 1970 but the average person is only 8% richer. Because the richest 0.01% are 4000% richer. We are all being robbed every second of every day, and it doesn't matter how much profit or growth there is. It will never reach you.

People are, essentially, being psychologically manipulated by billionaires and the politicians they buy, into racism and violence. They bank on us being lazy stupid poor people who can’t look up. People should be fucking insulted but instead they’re gleefully taking the bait.

Your weekend reminder that Nigel Farage wants to - leave the ECHR - repeal the Equality Act - Strip back workers rights - Lift restrictions on exploitative zero-hours contracts - repeal the Renters’ Rights Act which abolishes “no fault evictions” He is not on your side
Nigel Farage and Reform UK want to - leave the European Convention on Human Rights which protects our right to protest, our right to privacy, our right to fair trials and so much more - repeal the Equality Act - a key piece of legislation that prevents against discrimination in Britain - Strip back workers rights - Lift restrictions on exploitative zero-hours contracts and Legalize "fire and rehire" tactics - repeal the Renters’ Rights Act which abolishes “no fault evictions” that allow landlords to remove tenants without giving a reason and introduces new duties over health hazards and to sell all this to the country Farage offers nothing in return but grievance and division. PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR IT. That anyone could be supporting Farage and Reform with these policies must surely be a damning indictment of UK media in failing to explain all this to the public

Labour takes its largest lead yet (28%) since Andy Burnham became PM, moving clear outside the margin of error. Meanwhile, Reform drops to 23% as their early momentum completely stalls out. Voting Intention: 🔴 LAB: 28% (+1) 🔵 RFM: 23% (-1) 🔵 CON: 21% (+2) 🔶 LD: 10% (+1) 🟢 GRN: 8% (-2) Leader Popularity (Net): Andy Burnham: +15 Kemi Badenoch: +8 Ed Davey: -1 Nigel Farage: -26 🤡 (Sinking faster than his party's poll numbers. Peaked early!) A definitive reality check for the Reform camp.

I know I’ve got work to do to win the trust of Britain’s farmers. Today we’re putting £65m more into supporting farmers through this drought and preparing for the summers ahead. They’re on the frontline of a changing climate and they shouldn’t be left to face it alone. The ability to grow our own food is national security. I’ll treat it that way.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The £65m is reprioritised from Defra's existing farming budget, not new money from the Treasury. Total agricultural spending remains unchanged as funds are diverted from other departmental programmes. fwi.co.uk/news/burnham-a… defrafarming.blog.gov.uk/2026/08/15/new…

I was just thinking who would be left living in the perfect England that the likes of Lowe & Anderson yearn for. Obviously not any recent migrants, nor Muslims, no Afro-Caribbeans, apart from a few footballers, no EU citizens, no Irish, no travellers, no gays, or trans, & no place for millions of woke liberals like me - the enemy within. Greens are lunatics, they can go, lefty teachers, lawyers, judges, & health professionals, benefit scroungers, King Charles - cos his dad was Greek, single mums, & anybody who doesn't own a petrol car. So, once they have got rid of all those undesirables; sorry, I'd forgotten the disabled, mentally ill, cyclists & bird watchers, they will 'have their country back!' What a place, inhabited only by the likes of Katie Hopkins, Lucy Connolly, John Cleese, Harry Redknapp, Tommy 10 Names, not to mention Bobby J, Nige, Rupert & Lee. To quote Will Young, "think I better leave right now."🤔
