Best Rugby Patrons dinner ever. Lawrence Dallaglio is great guy and I was pleased that he also came to stay at Hemingways Watamu where I met him for lunch.
Write up on my website.

Truly inspired by Guy Deacon CBE. Do please take a look at what he's done, trekking from the UK to South Africa on his own with Parkinsons.

Surprised and honoured to win this award. Engineering and rugby have underpinned my life. I arrived a rugby player and left an engineer and better rugby player. The technical skills of engineering and the team skills of rugby are a fantastic mix.

Its been all about fishing and flooding here in Kenya. Not sure that's much different to the UK!
Many of you get a direct email from me, but if not, you can catch my news and some fishing and flooding pics on the post on my website.

Absolute my pleasure Dicky, genuinely you've done so much for West Country rugby. Here's to getting @CornishPirates1 in the Prem and Devon v Cornwall top-flight derbies!
Thanks Alex, great article.
🏴☠️ Parkinson's hit @dickyevans100 hard. It threatened his mobility, his speech, but it didn’t stop him. He was going to beat it, live to 100, and get the Cornish Pirates to the Premiership.
