Anyone whose response to riots and thuggery is to talk about "understandable anger of ordinary people" should be asked if burning down a Citizens Advice office, which is there to help ordinary people, is understandable.
The place set alight last night was Citizens Advice, Sunderland. Its manager this morning told me they’re devastated and now trying to figure out how to help the people they were supposed to see #sunderland
