#PassengerAdvisory | It has come to the notice of Airports Authority of India (AAI) that there have been instances of cab drivers cancelling confirmed bookings from Chennai Airport and demanding additional amount over and above the fares displayed in the booking apps. Such practices result in unnecessary delays in passenger pick-up and cause inconvenience to airport users.
Passengers/airport users are therefore encouraged to promptly report any such instances of cancellation of confirmed rides or demands for additional payment to the respective cab service provider’s counters located at the Cab Pick-up Plaza and West MLCP. Complaints may also be lodged through the respective service providers’ official social media platforms.
In case the issue remains unresolved, passengers/airport users may bring the matter to the notice of Chennai Airport through its official social media handles or by calling 044-22560551/22560512. The matter will be taken up with the concerned cab aggregator for appropriate action, which may include blacklisting of the driver and withdrawal of permission to operate at Chennai Airport.

Calling this film extraordinary would be an understatement. Out-of-the-box, out-of-this-world! How fittingly does it use a happy occasion as a backdrop to tell the coming-of-age of two central characters — one, a little boy; the other, a "fearsome" man who had, for the longest time, suppressed his tender side until a chance encounter with the former. How masterfully does it flip the meaning and emotion behind certain images based on shifting moods caused by the characters' psychological evolution! And who would've thought that the recurring image of a piece of paper from a boy's notebook, which was a source of considerable anxiety for a while, would induce a wide smile at, maybe, the most beautiful closing shot I've seen in recent memory? Among the finest of Vijay Sethupathi, Sai Prithviraj (brilliant casting choice), Lijomol Jose, Santhy Balachandran, and Vishnu Govindan, among others. Also, since this movie is set in the year I was born, the "time travel" experience, with several props recalling childhood memories I thought I'd forgotten, to the point of making me tear up (when I wasn't laughing at the unique comical flourishes in other places), made #Baththa even more special.

#Dorothy - 4 stars. This is @karthiksubbaraj’s most honest, sincere and deeply emotional film. I call it honest because of the sensitivity with which he treats this subject, and the way he chooses to tell this story. There’s beauty in the way Karthik turns this tale of friendship and rowdyism into a tender story of love and self discovery. That transition process of the story is what makes this so deeply emotional. Hits you like a ton of bricks. To elevate the experience even more, there’s Raja with his music that forms the soul of the film. @iam_rishikanth shines yet again and he registers that he’s a natural, effortless performer. But, it’s Sananth who leaves the lasting impact and quietly walks away with one of the best performances of the year.
