By my brother coubsel, the VP is probably the most crucial witness. He is alleged to have sensationally banged the table & walked out of the court clearly in contempt of court while Senior Counsel Beatrice Mtetwa was in the middle of cross examining him. He is also alleged to never have returned & to be the one who was holding the proceedings hostage. If true, we must call a spade a spade my brother. A VP must respect the Judiciary & it's processes, including us, as Officers of the Court when we are executing our duties. It would appear that he is the one that's responsible for collapsing proceedings in a case that he was the primary witness / complainant. It's difficult to come to any other conclusion other than that he believes that he is above the Constitution. If he's behaving in this manner now when he's still a VP, one shudders to think how is likely to behave if he ever assumes the reigns of power. And can we spare a thought for the harrowing experience Marry has gone through? She's now one legged, one armed & hasn't seen her own children in 7 years!!! What kind of country are we? For me, this has got nothing to do with politics. We must focus on our conscience & sense of humanity in this context. This is very damaging for Chiwenga! – at Shadwell, England
