If you can afford to, don't settle for less. You deserve love, respect and kindness. Don't get used to people treating you like shit personally or professionally. It's super hard to do it and takes a ton of courage, but it's so worth it when it does happen. 💖

It doesn’t cost you anything to tell someone about something you truly believe they are good at. In fact, it creates tons of value for that person and for you.

I’ve noticed lately: young men founders in a room with men & women investors tend to address the man/men partners first (& sometimes only) unless instructed otherwise. If you’re a young guy reading this, be better than that, or you just might miss the check from someone like me🗝

You and I will have to disagree on this. I think it’s a problem that tech thinks it all has to fit in one city that’s 7 miles by 7 miles and surrounded by water. For all our engineering prowess, we don’t understand scale.

5/ based on my experience @CoinSharesCo, this transition has been in the works for quite some time. as IPOs continue to underperform, a new market is being created for private company stock. it's pretty amazing to experience, and the game is just getting started...

One of the things I've learned as an engineer is to always treat the work you're doing as if it were a product you are delivering to a customer. What ever you do should empower your user, make them self sufficient and allow them to be more productive; not make you a dependecy.
