Another day when I bang my head against the wall trying to get @YorkshireWater to tell me where my stopcock is. How else can I complain? Have spoken to customer service, had emails and letters… still absolutely ridiculous that you can’t tell me this simple information!

Dear @EE - whilst on hold trying to sort my Mam’s broadband and phone accounts, all I hear is people singing along very badly to the hold music. Absolutely horrendous and sounds like a joke.
