her and I have the same right knee injury. got mine when I got into gym 2 years ago. hasn’t healed YET. still makes that cracking sound when I move the wrong way.
I love this video bc Beyoncé lets us into her world, even if it’s just for a few minutes. There’s always so much to take away from these little glimpses- she tells us about her signature vocal growl, her knee surgery, and gives us a peek into her recovery. We see her working around the house, doing vocal exercises, stretching and putting in the work to get her knee back in shape. It’s little things like this that remind you that she’s just a normal girl, like the rest of us. She spends her time with her family, takes care of herself and dedicates so much of her life to preparing for whatever she’s working on next.
