Financial statements can be a bit tricky to understand at first, but they're important for understanding how a business is doing.
I hope this helps!

is it that you dont understand context or what?
asking graduates to go sell Kuli kuli and telling fufu sellers that you can improve their lives and exports sounds the same to you?
The way some of these people behave honestly makes me laugh. When the First Lady Sen Remi Tinubu, was reportedly supporting people with ₦50,000 each from her own pocket to start small businesses, some of you condemned her. You were mocking the idea, asking why people should be frying akara and making kuli-kuli.
Now imagine an aspiring president visiting a place where people produce fufu and using it as a campaign opportunity to talk about lifting people out of poverty. Suddenly, it’s a brilliant initiative.
You people need to make up your minds. Why is it that something becomes ridiculous when one person does it, but becomes a wonderful idea when your preferred candidate does the same thing?
The hypocrisy is glaring. Don’t let anybody gaslight you into believing that your political bias is a principle. If you can condemn one person for an idea and applaud another for the same thing, then your problem was never the idea in the first place.
Equal rights in voting is not a good thing
Those who build don’t have time to shout like this on the internet.

so how does VDM’s sponsor or allegiance become important to us.
assuming we know his sponsors, what difference does it make to the solution we are looking for ?
is VDM the president?
Still on the matter, VDM appears everywhere there's danger, he's funded.
He challenges authorities and people wealthier and more influential than he is.
If you want to gain clout, contact VDM.
But we are not seeing the bigger picture;
He can not be this bold if there's no force backing him that's more powerful!
SUG president was picked up, harassed and tortured by the DSS under Seyi Tinubu's orders, someone more influential than VDM offline, but he "forgave" and overlooked VDM when he claimed Mitchy was sucking his lollipop.
If you still cannot connect the dots, then you're a burden to your people.
It’s a privilege, thank you so much to this community, this has been a very important and impactful space for us all 🥂

Innocent destiny ( @dletambari ) is our Builder of the Week 👏.
Research centers and funding should be a very important part of our society.
I also think “Research” should be a discipline of its own.
We can’t really catch up with the rest of the world without independent, full-time researchers.
i don’t think the marriage ended because of “church”, something else is under.
how did they get married without agreeing on which church to attend
My husband’s friend’s marriage ended just 3 months after the wedding… because they couldn’t agree on attending the same church.
The husband wanted his wife to join his church after marriage.
The wife refused. She was deeply committed to her church and served as a Children’s Department Coordinator. According to her, she had built a strong bond with the kids and couldn’t walk away from them.
The husband suggested she could continue serving in the same department in his church, maybe even grow more there. She declined.
He also expressed concern about being under different doctrines and how it could affect their unity. She still refused.
What started as disagreement turned into protest.
She stopped cooking.
She denied him intimacy.
Both reported each other to their respective pastors.
Family members and church leaders tried to mediate.
Her pastor insisted she stay.
His pastor emphasized unity in marriage and encouraged her to join her husband.
No compromise.
No resolution.
Three months later, the marriage ended.
Personally, I feel conversations like this should be settled during the talking stage. But sometimes, people will do what they want to do anyway.
May we not marry the wrong partner🙏
Thank you for sharing.
however Gatekeeping for something that is public ?
how will the gate keeping benefit you?
lmao it’s more profitable for you to post about it and have your X metrics increase.
I wanted to gatekeep this when I first found it, but that would’ve been very selfish of me.
So here you go:

2 truths can coexist, calling someone to remind them of meeting is bad, but with 200k per month, i’ll probably doing something else at that meeting time else i won’t even have light or internet for the meeting
200k per month for a full remote job is not small, in a startup that is pre revenue.
I know it’s small money for people on Twitter.
Just resign if it’s too small so someone else who’s ready to work can go for it.
Every scheduled meeting, someone will have to call you directly to remind you the meeting have started.
Terrible corporate behavioral dispositions.
Should founders build apps that feed & cloth children?
or they should build startups that gives everyone free eduction.
how would they fund and keep the business running??
don’t blame failures of Govt on founders doing their best
There are too many startups in Nigeria solving nonsense problems.
This is a country with massive insecurity.
People are hungry.
Transportation is a daily struggle.
Over 20 million children are out of school.
Healthcare is broken.
Power is unreliable.
Jobs are scarce.
Why are there so few startups solving fundamental Nigerian problems?
And why are so many chasing problems that barely exist here?
Technology is not about writing code.
Technology is not about buzzwords.
Technology is not about sounding smart on pitch decks.
Technology is simply a better way of solving real problems.
If your solution cannot meaningfully touch:
•security
•education
•transportation
•healthcare
•food systems
•jobs
•cost of living
then maybe it’s not innovation, maybe it’s just noise.
Nigeria does not need more cool startups. Nigeria needs useful ones.
Let’s go back to basics.
