There’s no doubt that Dublin’s restoration award of the year 2024 goes to @coffeeangel’s resurrection of the J. O’Grady & Co. shopfront at 1-2 Lower Mount Street just off Merrion Square, that languished for years under a heap of roller shutters, signage panels and beauty board 🧵

Wouldn't it be great if there was a HSE webpage where you could upload your poster presentation (after displaying at a conference) so that others can see the information? I think it's a waste of great knowledge and research for others to see.

Irish women are amongst the most highly educated in the world. Two-thirds of those aged 25-34 have at least a bachelor's degree. Amongst European and OECD countries, only in Lithuania are more young women so well educated. 🇮🇪👩🎓

I don't post much here but I would beg anyone who is eligible to go @Giveblood_ie wherever they can. If you bled tomorrow, you'd expect blood to be there. This is where it comes from. Great experience (and Club Orange) with donation #44 this evening in Cork.

Your manuscript introduction matters more than you think.
5 key elements to get the writing right:
1. Why should we care?
2. What's known?
3. Knowledge gaps: what's not known?
4. Importance of why new info matters
5. Research aim
