If you don't know by now, @cklshorall is the truth. Years ago, I told her I wanted to pick up running & she came to my desk the next day with a whole personalized running schedule based on my goals & concerns about pacing. Forever changed my life.
🎙thrilled to release the inaugural episode of my podcast: running in public!
ep. 1 with @cklshorall on becoming a collegiate running athlete, balanced marathon training, why it’s okay to walk on runs, & how not to blur the line between career and life! podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…
We’ll also get to hear from one of my hometown heroes @TheKnowledgeHou 🙌🏼 Tell a student to tell a student #CSEdWeek

When you put in so much time and energy into going after a goal, it can be hard to deviate from the plan. It can be even harder to make the unexpected choice when your community is cheering you on to achieve your goal from the sidelines.
But that's exactly what @dolirod did.
