A huge addition to our pathway- we are hugely excited to have LJ join and support our future Roses as they develop!
I did it! 13th place- 1450 miles, 5 days 20hours time, 18 1/2 hours sleep. The body was broken and hugely tired- but I have made some great memories and learnt a huge amount about myself.
The key thing- is you helped me raise over 7k for @BrainTumourOrg - thank you!
Link in bio or here- I would love 60 seconds for any final donations, it makes a huge difference for @BrainTumourOrg.

I’m off! 1450miles @PanCelticRace raising 4 @BrainTumourOrg , following my sister's diagnosis and surgery. You get asked for loads of these- 60 seconds of your time and a couple of (London priced!) drinks of sponsorship will be a dream! Ill suffer for it! justgiving.com/page/donald-b…
My sister has recently undergone surgery on her brain tumour. They effect 9000 people each year in the UK. Ill ride 1450 miles during the Pan Celtic Race to raise funds- all I ask is you help me smash the target with 60 seconds of your time and a few £'s. justgiving.com/page/donald-b…
A tough time for a lot of good people, we will work as quickly as we can to keep things moving for the academy programme- please bear with us whilst we get things up and running.
Amazing day watching the Red Roses win a grand slam, a world record crowd and an incredible atmosphere at Twickenham. Well done to all involved getting it achieved. Massively inspirational for the future generations.
That’s if for the U18s Women’s @SixNationsRugby. Huge well done to all involved in creating a unique, engaging, competitive and enjoyable week. @JCooperPPO and team created an incredible week for the @EnglandRugby group. Thanks to @WellingtonColl for hosting so well.
What a day and what a game. Huge congratulations to the U18s and massive thanks to @WelshRugbyUnion. A brilliant game of rugby by two exciting sides. The future is bright. Thanks to @RugbySchool1567 for such a great event.
Great opportunity to celebrate 200years of rugby this weekend with our Women’s U18s taking on Wales where it all began! Great messages from Coops - explaining the pathway and opportunities that lay ahead for this exciting group. Watch live- 1pm Sunday. youtube.com/live/p0TZTtlb1Q8…
As critical and applicable to the people we work with and the organisations we run.
When establishing a talent pathway @donbarrell, Head of Performance Programmes & Pathways at the @EnglandRugby, has 1 key consideration ➡️
If the athletes exiting your talent pathways were offered the chance to go back and do it all again - would they? 👇

Rugby is about being part of a team...more than a team.
It's about Playing Together and Staying Together, beyond the 80 🙌

Delighted to have things back up and running. Thank you to everyone involved, but especially the parents, players, clubs and schools who have supported through a difficult period.
👀The RFU has taken on a new England Regional Academy structure to support pathway players in the Midlands following Worcester Warriors and Wasps rugby clubs entering administration.
The programme will be jointly supported by @premrugby
