It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend and brother, Mayowa Emmanuel, aged 36, who went to be with the Lord on 22 August 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer. Mayowa was a wonderful son to his parents, a loving and devoted husband, and a loving and adorable father to his son. His passing at such a young age is a heartbreaking loss to his family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. At this difficult time, I’m appealing to everyone in the Nigerian community in the UK to please come together and support the family in any way we can. If you are able to support the family financially, any contribution, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated and will go a long way in helping them through this difficult period. If you are unable to give, we would be grateful if you could share this fundraiser and keep Mayowa’s wife, son, parents and loved ones in your prayers. Let’s stand together as a community and support the family during this incredibly painful time. May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may God grant the family the strength and comfort to bear this great loss. 🙏🏾
