I used @claudeai to build an interactive tool called AngioView (angioview.com) to help you understand coronary angiograms.
One of the most challenging parts of being a first-year cardiology fellow is learning how to interpret cath lab imaging.
It can take a lot of repetition before you're able to create a mental 3D map of coronary anatomy, which is so important because you need to understand how changes in cranial/caudal and LAO/RAO angulation affect the overall coronary perspective.
I never found a high-quality tool out there to help visualize all this (at least not for free) so hopefully this site helps speed up that learning process!

Check out this piece for a deeper dive into the new 2026 AHA/ACC PE guidelines!
Thank you to @ParthRali @aniket_rali #lisakmoores for your mentorship and guidance!
This is an exciting time in VTE care as we try to better identify, classify and treat patients with occult shock.
The 2026 AHA/ACC guidelines provide a much-needed physiological road map for the modern pulmonary embolism specialist with the introduction of new classification groups.

Evidence-based and practical guidance to help guide patient selection and triage in the CICU. @seanvandiepen @PennyRampersad @garimadahiyamd @carlosalviar @jason_bartos @emilyzernMD @ChrisBarnettMD @SocietyOfCCC
This Scientific Statement suggests a framework for CICU admission decisions based on the potential beneficence of critical care restricted monitoring or therapies, patient goals-of-care, and the risk of early adverse cardiovascular events among common cardiovascular admission diagnoses.
