linkedin outreach at email scale, hundreds of dms a day per account with no connection cap
we built it in-house after every tool we rented broke at our volume
4M+ linkedin dms later, now anyone can use it
comment "SEND" for access (+20% off)
in 5 weeks your competitors stop selling
december hits and every sales team you compete with is going to:
- book the christmas party
- turn on the out of office
- tell every warm lead "lets pick this up in january"
- come back on the 5th with nothing booked
youre going to spend that month filling your january calendar
and youre going to start this week, before december even arrives
WHY DECEMBER
buyers dont stop reading linkedin over christmas
theyre scrolling on their phones at the airport and on the sofa at the in-laws
and the inbox theyre scrolling has your competitors missing from it
december is also when founders plan next year, so every "after the holidays" you hear gives you a january date to come back on
WHY THIS WEEK
a fresh linkedin profile needs 3 to 4 weeks of warming before it can send properly
start tonight and its ready on december 1
leave it until december and it wont send properly until january, along with your competitors
THE DECEMBER OPENER
founders post their year in review all over linkedin in december
they tell you what they hit this year and what theyre chasing in 2027
"saw your year in review, congrats on {win}. you said {goal} is the focus for 2027, want to see how we got a {industry} firm {result}?"
open on whichever part of the post sits closest to what you sell
THE RHYTHM
december 1 to 19: send every weekday
christmas week: stop. a profile sending dms on christmas morning looks like a bot
january 2: message everyone who said "after the holidays", and log the date they gave you
on january 5th their out of office switches off and they start writing first messages
your first week is already full of calls
salesforce paid $5.66 billion for 2,770 customers
you can message every one of them for $89.99 a month
on october 20 salesforce agreed to buy braze
braze is the tool canva, instacart and venmo send their marketing emails through
the deal doesnt close until 2027, and neither company has said what pricing looks like for those customers after
so while the $8k/month agencies post their hot takes on what the deal means, youre going to sell to the customers
heres exactly how id run it:
FIRST, LOOK AT WHAT CHANGED
a month ago, a head of lifecycle at a braze customer had zero reason to take your call
now they have an open question about their biggest tool, and no answer from either company
if you sell anything to a marketing team, that question is your way in:
- email and retention agencies
- crm and martech consultants
- data and analytics tools
- anyone who has run a platform migration before
1. FIND THE COMPANIES
start with the logos on the braze website. every one of them is a confirmed customer
then open linkedin jobs and search "braze"
any company asking for "braze experience" in a job post is running it right now
save every name to one list
2. FIND THE PERSON
open sales navigator and filter for those companies
titles: head of lifecycle, crm manager, director of retention, vp marketing
then add "braze" as a keyword. marketers list the tools they use on their profile, so the search hands you the person who logs into it every day
3. SEND THE MESSAGE
subject line is their first name
"saw salesforce is buying braze. if your pricing moves once it closes, want to see what we did for {similar brand}?"
keep it to those two lines. the deck can wait until they reply
4. LET THE REPLIES BUILD YOUR PIPELINE
"were locked in until 2028" gives you a date. log it and message them that month
"talk to our head of data" hands you the next person, plus a name to mention
"were already looking" means you call inside 5 minutes
every reply tells you when their contract renews. put that date in a sheet next to their name
5. RUN IT ON THE NEXT DEAL
this happens every week
stripe agreed to buy openrouter in august. lseg agreed to buy octus on october 22
every acquisition leaves a customer base asking what happens next
set a google alert for "agrees to acquire" and build a new list off each one
START BEFORE IT CLOSES
right now the deal is a headline and those customers are still deciding how they feel about it
the day salesforce sends the pricing email, every agency in the space will flood their inbox
you want to be the person they already replied to in october
hormozi says most people aren't ready to buy the first time they hear from you...
so your first offer should fully solve 1 small problem for them, free or close to it.
we swapped an ai agency's discovery call for a free automation built for each prospect,
and it booked 14 calls in 9 days.
the first offer decides a lot of what happens in linkedin outbound,
so i broke down our full strategy for q4 2026:
- what changed in 2026
- the offer
- the list
- the accounts
- the message
- the machine
- q4 plays by industry
- the q4 calendar
full breakdown in the article:
people who spent years learning how to get clients on linkedin after finding out the entire game has changed in Q4 2026:
linkedin is now burying posts that sound like chatgpt
over a million people have clicked the new "seems like AI slop" button since july
linkedin says posts it flags as slop are getting about 40% fewer views
its even retiring its own AI post writer
the guys posting "agree?" under a chatgpt slop post every morning are going to feel this one
and the people clicking that button are the same people opening your cold messages
so if your first message opens with "i came across your profile"
youre sending the exact tone a million of them just reported
we cut all of this before anything goes out:
- "i hope this finds you well"
- "quick question"
- "i came across your profile"
- "i noticed youre the head of growth at"
- anything starting with "we help companies like yours"
- the calendar link in message one
- a third line
what survives is 2 lines
the subject line is their first name
then one line with a result we got for a company like theirs
and underneath it, one question they can answer with yes
our best message ever was 19 words
every draft still gets read by a human before it sends (the agent that wrote it has no idea what slop sounds like)
if you dont have a following, im begging you:
- sell to old-school B2B companies on linkedin
- wholesalers and manufacturers
- owners who have run the same company since the 90s
- message the 60 year olds who read their own dms
- sign 4 of them at $5k a month. thats $20k/month
we generated a design agency 92 interested leads in 18 days off one linkedin account
zero personalisation in the messages
heres how it works:
the math:
4 clients at $5k/month = $20k/month. lose one and you still have $15k
one account, one list, 4 industries
no followers and no content, only a list of owners the gurus think are too old to sell to
if you want the software we use to send these, its eaglesend
weve sent 4M+ linkedin dms through this method
