What are Go to Market (GTM)strategies?
These are plan and the method a project uses to introduce its product into the market. It is don't to attract users, customers, build a community and generate revenue.

5–8 in one tweet (too many characters 😅)
5. Make pitch decks & proposals (beautiful slides)
6. Help marketing (Spaces, giveaways, launches)
7. Track what works (which partner actually brought users?)
8. Tell the team what users want so the product gets better

4. Negotiation
They talk about the deal details:
How much money? What tokens? When? Who promotes what?
They make sure BOTH sides are happy and sign fast.

Outreach (cold messages)
They send hundreds of DMs, emails, jump on calls and keep following up nicely.
One good message can bring in $10M+ in partnerships. Real life example: most big collabs started with a simple “hey”.

2. Find partnership ideas
They play matchmaker:
“This gaming project + this DeFi app = perfect combo”
“This brand + this NFT collection = millions of new users”
They see the connections nobody else sees.

Responsibilities of a Web3 BD
1. Research the ecosystem
They live on Twitter, Telegram, and charts.
They know which new projects are hot, which chains are growing, and where the money is moving – before everyone else hears about it.

Just finished Day 2 of my web3 class and the topic was “Web3 Business Development”
Most people think it’s just selling or fundraising.
Nope.
It’s way bigger than that, Here’s the simplest explanation ever 🧵👇

The next generation of developers will need more than coding skills.
Understanding workflows, business models, user behavior, security and product design will matter too.
The ability to connect technical solutions to real-world needs is a powerful advantage. 🤷🏿♂️

Pi teaming up with Axis Robotics on physical AI is actually a solid move for the network.
Most crypto projects stay stuck in pure digital stuff or just farming hype. This one puts Pi into the robotics data side, helping generate the training data robots need to actually do things in the real world. Axis already has people collecting that data through browsers and phones, and now they’re working on technical integration with Pi so the whole thing can scale together.
For Pi that means real utility instead of just mining and holding. More reasons for the community to actually participate, more on-chain activity if data or contributions get recorded, and outside validation (Sible’s CEO even called Pi Ventures one of the more effective blockchain VCs right now because of deals like this).
It’s not a magic overnight pump, but it’s the kind of real world use case a lot of projects never get.
Good to see them pushing in that direction.
You aren't sure
How can I be sure that if I send you some $TWC tokens, you won’t sell them straight away?
I have talked about the first GTM strategy among the ones I posted earlier on LinkedIn check it out.

6. Token Incentive Alignment
This is for: DeFi Protocols, New Tokens and Projects with heavy liquidity.
Why?
Use of smart airdrops or liquidity mining help solve a project's cold start problems.
