1 - If you think you actually have a valid argument, why limit replies?
2 - Buying and selling clothes won't make you £3k unless you are doing it with intent.
3 - The buying it once and "happily" making a profit excuse won't work for £3k worth of sales

Dude, c'mon, work out what I'm saying!
If you buy a dress to sell, for profit you pay tax. But if you buy a dress, wear it once, then sell it but happily make a profit... No tax! As it was your person dress.
Turnee you in so many circles all you could do was reach for the block button.

Wow - @latimeralder used the data from 1920 onwards to imply a decreasing trend but using the same data but starting at 1900 to disprove the trend is not apples with apples.

How does 'British only social housing' save any money? It costs the same regardless who living in it
So Reform have finally found @7Kiwi - Well it was only a matter of time.
Lets break down his latest post shall we

Firstly the overall data denier claim.
David fails to include the original break down. Looks a little different now.
NESO itself says balancing costs could peak at approximately £8bn around 2030, but that accelerating critical transmission projects could deliver savings of up to around £4bn. Where is the 4bn in your data David?
Wait for it -
Farage - Bla bla bla security, bla bla bla £5m, bla bla bla cashing in on someone else's murder.

An example from an anonymous person’s PIP application timeline showing just how piss easy it is to get PIP. You just pop into the Job Centre with absolutely no medical evidence at all and tell them you need PIP because your big toe aches and hey ya got it! 🙄
England to drop Kane, oh he'll probably score but it is all so predictable. Ball on the wing, ball into Kane. Defenders just play it out.
Drop Kane, switch to 2 up top, playing out and out strikers. Give their defence something to do.

Reform take a sample size of 78 and from that sample find 2 children. They assume based on sample that aprox 20% of the total cohort will be able to travel independently to school.
Then they magic up 0.56m in savings.

When was the last time a council lied to this extent? All councils are economical with the truth but a number like this should have a paper trail. There isn't one.
Then when the councilors are challenged on it, they suddenly don't understand any questions on the subject.

Correct - They have switched it back to what it was originally.
Was Farage shouting about this a couple of weeks, FPTP being completely unfair
The Greater Manchester mayoral by-election will take place on Thursday 30 July 2026.
Labour has switched the voting system.
SV will now be used.
Here is how it works and why it could be bad news for Reform UK..
How the Voting System Works:
Two Choices: You get to vote for your first-choice candidate and a second-choice candidate on the same ballot.
The 50% Rule:
If a candidate gets more than 50% of the first-choice votes, they win immediately.
The Run-off:
If no one hits 50%, the top two candidates go into a final round, and everyone else is knocked out.
The Decider:
The second-choice votes from the eliminated candidates are counted and added to the top two. Whoever has the most total votes wins.
Why this could be bad for Reform UK:
Blocks a minority victory:
Under the old system, Reform could win by simply getting the most votes overall (e.g., 33%).
SV stops this from happening.
Triggers a "Stop Reform" coalition:
While Reform has a very strong and passionate base of first-preference voters, they struggle to get second-choice votes from other parties.
Favours Labour:
Voters who choose the Greens or Liberal Democrats as their first choice are highly likely to pick Labour as their second choice.
The Math Defeats Them:
Even if Reform is neck-and-neck with Labour in the first round, Labour could inherit a massive wave of second-choice votes from left-of-centre voters, pushing them over the finish line.
Ultimately, the system is designed to reward candidates with broad, compromise appeal across multiple parties, making it incredibly difficult for a populist party like Reform to win a head-to-head run-off.
All parties are running including Restore Britain.
Conservative voters may well give Reform their second-choice vote.
But the Tory vote has collapsed in Manchester and those votes might well not be enough to help Reform in the second round.
Let’s hope we don’t see a repetition of the bullying and threats from Reform.
Someone lock Yusuf up - now is not the time for his vile posts if Reform wants people to lend them their vote.
Oh I think you're talking nonsense.
There is nothing illegal in asking people to provide identification during device setup, no matter what country you are in.
There is no country where owning a phone is a right.
What a melt -
I'm not making assumptions, I'm repeating their claims. It wasn't part of a package. It was A = Z.
