Like moths to a flame, the usual suspects show up one after the other.
Surely these comments are organic and not organized beforehand in some paid stock bashing group chat.
Ryan Cohen's 7 topics for examination for DK-Butterfly (BBBY) is merely a fraction of the power that I spoke about before in Sep.
By buying the Causes of Action, he gains control of the Plan Administrator's power of turnover which in turn gives RC access to estate documents.
Did Ryan Cohen try to unmask JP Morgan's (or a corporate spy) involvement in BBBY's bankruptcy?
On November 6, 2025 he served DK-Butterfly (BBBY) a notice of deposition comprising of 7 topics for examination.
As part of the questions, Ryan Cohen wanted to figure out who from the company knew about his purchase & sale of stock as well as all events, activities, and communications regarding his cooperation agreement with BBBY.
We all know right before CFO Gustavo Arnal's untimely demise, he was expressing concern about JP Morgan's involvement in an email chain about Ryan Cohen's sale of BBBY.
Unfortunately, RC agreed to waive the above mentioned questions in exchange for BBBY's agreement in confirming facts like the shareholder demands from Oct/Nov 2022.
DK-Butterfly stated that nobody CURRENTLY employed by the company has any knowledge on those questions. It makes sense as the current people are Michael Goldberg & his team of lawyers.
It would be a question for the former Directors & Officers.

DK-Butterfly (BBBY) had it's former CAO (& interim CFO) that's been with the company since 2001 testify in the 16b case against Ryan Cohen but everything she said is sealed.
The redactions are most likely trade secrets (in the literal sense) regarding BBBY's stock buybacks.

Monthly GameStop $GME chart update.
While we have a breakout on the daily & week chart (mostly fueled by Ryan Cohen's buys), I don't think they'll hold and we'll close off October's monthly candle back under the long term downtrend.
Once again, 33 months after DFV's return on May 12, 2024 is roughly the end of Jan to early Feb 2027. The monthly trend should have an algo break right around then.
Also around that time is when we should see the next stage in the DK-Butterfly (BBBY) v Ryan Cohen lawsuit.
This 16b lawsuit ends in his favor and he purchases the Estates Causes of Action in order to get the NOLs.
