After more than two decades in clinical practice, I have a lot to say about how we understand human suffering—and what we may be missing.
My new book, The Awakening They Cannot Medicate, is out today.
It explores mental health, human potential, and what it means to reclaim your power to heal.
If you read it, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Depression, anxiety, psychiatric disorder go "undetected"? You will die because of your undiagnosed psych disorder? WTF is this Psyop? Should they get a brain scan & get on drugs? Antihuman nonsense. How about having cancer & facing your mortality comes with real human emotions?
Depression, anxiety and other psychiatric conditions often go undetected and undiagnosed in cancer patients.
The neglect takes a significant toll, with mortality rates up to 39% higher among cancer patients with depression. nbcnews.com/health/cancer/de…

Do you remember this from the WEF chairman at the time Klaus Schwab ?
He ‘predicted’ that cyber attacks would make the Covid pandemic disruption look minuscule by comparison.
Are we seeing this play out now ?
The United States does not have a healthcare system. It has a Sick Care System. The distinction is not semantic and it is not accidental. We are under attack.

@DrMcFillin and I discuss why we believe responding to possible disruption with fear can lead to worse systems and why choosing love, connection, and courage matters for what might come next.

Love the people. Be not afraid.
The mass prescribing of psychiatric drugs to children is the behavior of a predatory industry. Crimes against humanity.
Feeling less does not equate to feeling better. Emotionally numb and distant is not mental health care.
The bipolar diagnosis has drifted far from the condition it was originally designed to describe. The people most frequently swept into it are not the ones experiencing a a severe manic episode. This is not an accident.
They are the emotionally sensitive ones: the artists, the empaths, the people who walk into a room and feel what everyone in it is feeling before a word is spoken. The ones who cry at things others do not notice and feel joy with an intensity that makes practical people uncomfortable. These are not symptoms. These are gifts. They are the foundation of creativity, of deep human connection, of the kind of perception that produces art and music and the ability to sit with another person in their pain without flinching.
Don't resist the shift.

@DrMcFillin and @TracyAThurman use the image of a river to explore how we meet the change that is coming: fighting the current, or staying present enough to find our way through it.
In the full Radically Genuine episode, they explore the spiritual shift they believe is underway and how to prepare for uncertainty with courage, connection, and love over fear.

The U.S. spends $139 BILLION on mental health, double 20 years ago.
Are the outcomes better?
No.

The Mental Health Industrial Complex: More Diagnoses, Drugs & Money
Are Americans in a mental health crisis? Politicians and public health officials say we are. Stossel TV Fellow Adam Omary, reports on another explanation for rising rates: more therapy.
The warnings tell us to protect ourselves. We believe humanity is moving through a profound spiritual transition and that meeting it with courage, connection, and presence matters.
In this full @RadGenuine episode, they explore that belief, the channeled messages we have received, and what preparing beyond food and supplies looks like in daily life for what is to come in the future.

You must take responsibility for your inner experience.
You are the author of your experience.

The year is 1956. Your mother is expecting you, and her doctor smokes through the appointment. More doctors smoke Camels than any other brand, the adverts say, and he tells her a few a day will settle her nerves and keep the baby small for an easy birth.
The year is 1960. Your first proper shoes come from a shop with an X-ray machine in the corner. You slide your feet into the slot and watch your own toe bones wriggle, green and glowing, while the assistant checks the fit. You go back every time your feet grow.
The year is 1961. Your mother is expecting your sister and the sickness is bad. The chemist has a new tablet, advertised as completely safe in pregnancy. Your sister arrives the next year alongside 10,000 other babies whose mothers took it, and some of them arrive without arms.
The year is 1964. Three sore throats, so the tonsils come out, as they do for over a million children a year on both sides of the Atlantic. Twenty beds, and the promise of ice cream. Nobody asks what the tonsils were for. They were the immune system, and the operation never did much for the throats.
The year is 1972. You are sixteen and every car on earth runs on leaded petrol. The lead comes out of the exhaust and settles on the playground, the vegetable patch and the blood of every child walking to school. The men who put it in the petrol knew what it did to a brain in the 1920s. The ban arrives in your forties.
The year is 1981. Your mother's hands have gone stiff. The doctor has a new arthritis tablet with the biggest launch the drug industry has ever mounted. Two years later it is pulled on both sides of the Atlantic, with dozens of pensioners dead whose kidneys could not clear it. She gets off lightly: the sun burns her on it, and she spends a summer behind the curtains.
The year is 1991. Your father is diabetic, and the dietitian hands him a sheet. More than half his calories are to come from carbohydrate: bread, potatoes, pasta, cereal. His sugar goes up on it, so his insulin goes up with it, and his waist follows. He does as he is told for twenty years.
The year is 1998. Your back has gone. The doctor has a new opioid, and the rep carries a letter from a medical journal saying addiction on it is under 1%. The letter is five sentences long. The company pleads guilty twice, and by the second time more than half a million Americans are dead.
The year is 2002. Your knees hurt, and the doctor has a new pill that is kinder on the stomach. You take it for two years, the same two years the maker is sitting on its own heart data. It is withdrawn with as many as 140,000 heart attacks laid at its door. Your heart was fine. The man next door's was not.
The year is 2008. Your wife has a prolapse after three children, and the surgeon fits a strip of plastic mesh. Once the tissue grows through it, it cannot come out. Australia apologises to its women in 2018, America bans it in 2019, Britain apologises in 2020. Your wife gets hers by press release.
The year is 2026. You are seventy, and the new doctor has a screen and a number for everything. The meat on your plate is a hazard. The oil in the bottle is good for your heart. The injection is for life. He is the age the first doctor was when he lit a Camel in front of your mother, and every bit as sure.
Not one of them was a rogue. Every one was the standard of care, taught to the next doctor, printed on the leaflet, and handed to a family with no way to check it.
You have spent seventy years as the experiment. The results come out after you are gone, under somebody else's name, and the chair you are sitting in is where they recruit for the next one.

Something is coming. The warnings are everywhere. But who benefits when you’re afraid?
Stockpiling supplies is one kind of preparation. @DrMcFillin and @TracyAThurman believe there’s a deeper preparation that deserves our attention.
In the full episode “Something Is Coming, and They Need You Scared” they explore ancient prophecies of a shift in human consciousness, share a channeled message received days before recording, and they also discuss what it means to prepare spiritually-guarding your attention, supporting loved ones, and choosing connection when fear pushes us toward separation.

Pay attention when this happens. Is a key into what is true
One of the most amazing moments ever caught on film!!!
In 2002, during Big Brother Brasil 2, contestant Cida Moraes was sunbathing alone on the lawn of the house.
She suddenly heard a voice calling her name (“Cida? Cida?”).
She sat up, looked around, and asked who was calling, saying it sounded like her sister.
No one else heard it.
Cida did not know that her sister, Gloria Moraes had died that same day from breast cancer.
Because of the show’s isolation rules, Cida was cut off from outside news and did t even know her sister was in the ICU.
Production informed her later that evening in the diary room/confessionário.
Host Pedro Bial later stated that the moment Cida heard the voice was roughly 45 minutes after Gloria’s death.
Cida was disoriented and emotional when she learned the news.
Something is coming and they need you scared.
Be not afraid.

What is true is always true. We are self healing, meant to be connected to nature, and here to learn lessons. One important lesson is to understand this is a game and every game has an opponent. Anything that attempts to disconnect you from you divine connection to the creator, anything that pushes you do disconnect from your intuition, to seek and find a savior outside of you... is the opponent.
