1. Let producers ship directly to retailers. 2. Let retailers sell online/deliver to residents. 3. Let producers establish a retail location on site, and also sell online through that location, to residents. 4. See a thriving, diverse cannabis economy in your province.

I also suspect this will be an easy win for the BC Conservatives. And it's a simple regulatory change, not legislative so easy to implement.

$HITI They were the only political force to explicitly include cannabis in their election platform, committing to treat it as an economic development sector. This opens up real possibilities for revising the cap on the number of stores per operator (currently set at 8)
