Truly honored and grateful to HRH Ambassador @rbalsaud for hosting a reception at the @SaudiEmbassyUSA in support of my WHO Director-General candidacy.
I shared my vision, heard from the guests, and asked for their support. The world needs a more trusted, impactful and valuable WHO, and I'm ready to lead that effort.
HRH Ambassador @rbalsaud hosted a reception at the embassy honoring Dr. @HananBalkhy, the Kingdom’s candidate for Director-General of the World Health Organization, on the margins of the @pahowho meetings.
The reception brought together HRH Princess Dr. Maha bint Mishari Al Saud, CEO of the Future Investment Initiative Institute; Vice Minister of Health Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Rumaih; senior Saudi health officials; diplomats; heads of delegation; and representatives of international organizations and institutions.
The evening highlighted Dr. Hanan’s distinguished career and leadership in public and global health, as well as the Kingdom’s commitment to advancing international cooperation to strengthen health systems and address shared global health challenges. 🇸🇦🇺🇳🌐

ويعكس هذا الاعتماد التزام القيادة والباحثين وكافة منسوبي المركز بتعزيز حوكمة وجودة البحث العلمي، وتطوير البنية التحتية البحثية، وترسيخ بيئة مستدامة للبحث والابتكار.
