I have repeatedly experienced unethical AML/BSA practices at probably 7/10 major financial institutions while under past contracts. This is why I founded @cryptokycllc With CryptoKYC and our platform web3comply.com We are starting the Crypto Blockchain space, VASPs and all institutional Crypto users on the ethical foot in Cryptocurrency AML/BSA Compliance.

A lot of questions this week on funding, so here's how a GPU typically gets funded at $IREN. First, the customer signs a multi-year take-or-pay contract and agrees to a prepayment. On our recent 3-year contracts, prepayments have been 45% to 55% of the associated GPU capex. Second, financing is committed, secured by the contracted GPUs. On the Microsoft contract we secured an A-rated facility at around 6%, which together with prepayments covers 96% of GPU capex. More recently, for a non-investment grade counterparty at Mackenzie, we secured financing at 9% fixed, which together with prepayments covers more than the full cost of the GPUs. That's the GPU side. The data centers are a separate, long-term asset base, and we own the ones our GPUs run in. Construction has been funded from cash to date, with no debt against these multi-billion dollar assets. As they come online with contracted customers, they can support financing in their own right. The processes behind the next facilities are continuing, and new paper will cost what the market charges. With GPU paybacks of around two years on our recent 3-year contracts, a wider spread barely moves the economics. There's more customer demand than we can build for. As we noted at our recent earnings, 2026 is largely sold out, recent 3-year contracts are at more than double the prior year's pricing, and demand for anything we can bring online in 2027 covers it several times over, with prepayments a focus in every negotiation. Conversations on 2028 capacity are already underway. Meanwhile announced capacity keeps slipping across the industry, which is the point: signing deals isn't the bottleneck in this market, bringing GPUs online is, and that's our focus.

I actually didn’t know this. Vivek wants to impose a high “inheritance tax”. I’m in farming so I know all about this and it’s evil as shit. When a farmer dies and passes his land and business that have been in the family for generations down to his children the government steps in and takes a big chunk. Didn’t think it was possible but I hate Vivek even more now
I am committed to cutting taxes for Ohioans, including our farmers, and making it easier for Ohio farmers to pass their land down and keep the family business going. My opponent? He says any inheritance tax should be “very high” and claims it will help return Ohio to a “merit-based culture of excellence”, making it even harder to keep farms in the family. I will always stand up for Ohio’s farmers. huffpost.com/entry/oops-trum…

“Old People Smell” as we know it literally comes from seed oils btw
The only realistic way to remove the source of "old-people smell" is to wash yourself with persimmon soap. Ordinary soap won't touch the source of the smell, 2-nonenal, a kind of aldehyde that is highly hydrophobic. Persimmon soap contains tannins which bind with the 2-nonenals and neutralizes it. The soap part washes it all away. Lather up where the smell tends to concentrate: behind the ears, the neck, the upper back, let it sit for half a minute to allow the tannins to work, then rinse as usual. The acids will of course start building up again but unlike just relying on ordinary soaps, you will stay odorless far far longer. You can buy really expensive and efficient medicated persimmon soaps for up to $20 a bar, but even the cheap supermarket soaps work really well. The brand I use is called 薬用柿渋石鹸 and widely available. 418 yen for a packet of three bars ($2.64). Kakishibu is tannin rich astringent persimmon (not the sweet one you eat) and grows almost anywhere in Japan, and has been used as a dye or preservative for centuries, it wasn't until 2001 that Shiseido (a cosmetics company) researchers found the link between "old people smell" and the 2-nonenal and how to eliminate it. Everyone starts getting it from the age of 40, it just happens as we age, but some people smell more, some less. Women also tend to smell less than men until around 75 when they too catch up.
