Olivia Rodrigo made a political statement during her concert in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday night, showing support for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Amy Acton just days before Election Day.
The Grammy-winning singer wore a white "Amy Acton for Governor" T-shirt while performing at the Schottenstein Center, with the message prominently displayed on the venue's giant screen.
Rodrigo, who has long used her platform to advocate for reproductive rights and political activism, threw her support behind Acton as she faces Republican Vivek Ramaswamy in Ohio's closely watched governor's race on Nov. 3. Acton acknowledged the endorsement on social media Friday.
