Is there a better term than "reverse-AI-psychosis" for the people who still yell "AI slop" when there are real results?
is this still not clear?? i want to bring this up again
optimistically, lets assume cyber is defense dominant and exploitable vulnerabilities are finite and exhaustible.
then, give the fucking models to as many good security researchers as possible and let them exhaust the attack surface.
pessimistically, i think cyber is offense dominant. the sin of complexity, vibe coding making it worse, and increasingly capable models potentially opening up entirely new vulnerability space, and you need to secure everything. then, your best bet is attack surface reduction, formal verification and secure by design, but thats a fever dream and aint happening anytime soon.
so, again, give the fucking models to as many good security researchers as possible and let them find and eliminate as many attack paths as they can.
either way, walled gardens are counter productive.
Why are people larping security lmao 😭, sounding yourself with security nerds just makes you a chronic workaholic do not recommend

After weeks of rioting in Paris no one was killed.
Which technically means your child is safer attending a riot in Paris than a school in America.
Do you know who illustrated the comic on calif.io/php2shell?
Her name is Stephanie Cortes. And her husband is the hacker who discovered php2shell: @lcfr_hax.
This artist-hacker couple has the best story, stay tuned!
gotta give it to openai and their sane daybreak program
heif heist by harsh
kvmescape by paulos
php2shell by lcfr
gitlab rces by joaxcar
chrome full chain by moyix
wordpress rce by hashkitten
all largely thanks to openai daybreak giving researchers access to gpt 5.6 sol. anthropic took the opposite approach, gatekeeping access, there is a lesson to be learned here

11 days ago, our team @AnthropicAI launched OSS Scanner to give open source projects free, periodic vulnerability scans from our strongest models, inspired by OSS-Fuzz. Some numbers so far:
• ~650 projects applied
• 114 accepted
• 77 critical and 803 high model-rated findings reported (we haven’t scanned all projects yet)
How our reports ended up flagged as malware, and other learnings/updates below 🧵

People who still think AI will create jobs are delusional (or lying). Models and agents are now good enough to completely take over all jobs humans do on a computer. It’s just a matter of time.
in just over a month, we've had
- flying cars
- AI solving a Millenium Math problem
- A new antibiotic discovered by AI lab
- 722 AI written Math papers released at once
- A solution to AI alignment
- Google reducing errors 40× in quantum computing, making it practical
- Opus 5 level AI running fully offline
- Opus 5.5 solving motion graphics and automations.
And that's just in the last 5 weeks. IYNYK.
Incredible time to be alive

Here at @hexacon_fr Orange Tsai just showed us how to pop calc from Edge with only logic bugs... and then how to pop Edge from calc ☠️ LMAO

First trailer for ‘THE EYES OF GHANA’, the first-ever film produced by IShowSpeed.
The documentary follows Ghanaian cinematographer Chris Hesse who attempts to rescue more than 1,000 films capturing Africa’s fight for independence in the 1950s & ’60s.
