I know this pain! Myself and @duncte123 still haven't had anything from UPS after they destroyed my 2.5k PC. Fighting them in court but it is a long process and they refuse to take accountability!
A year later and @UPS still hasn't paid us for this build. Over $4,000 still owed by them. 😬
This deemed this improper packaging and not the fact that a forklift that went right through it. 🤦🏻♂️
