I haven't lived in NY state in 20 years, or NYC in 25+ but I was thinking perhaps Cuomo/Sliwa/Adams could run as a Triumvirate like Ancient Rome. They all agree to share power but with their own purviews. This could be the only way they could defeat the ascendant Mayor Mamdani.
