I help busy men 30+ stop making their 50 hour work week the reason they can’t lose fat, without making fitness feel like a second job. 1:1 coaching with me ⬇️

Guy on the left: 6 days per week in the gym Guy on the right: 3 days per week in the gym • Low volume, high intensity workouts in less than 3 hours per week • Moderate deficit to keep the diet easier and feel less like a diet • Walking only. No cardio. The bar was 8k steps per day. I built my training system around sustainable routines and zero wasted effort. In business, you would never accept a 50% drop in operational efficiency just to cut short-term expenses. But you accept a 50% drop in your energy every afternoon because you treat your health like an afterthought instead of core business infrastructure. Your fitness isn't a vanity project. It is the fuel tank for your decision-making. Your patience with your children. Your stamina during high pressure work weeks. Invest 45 minutes. 3 times a week. Full body lifting sessions. Basic daily step count. The return on investment hits your energy output immediately.

You sit down for dinner with your family after a long work day. Your wife and kids are eating a normal, home-cooked meal. You're sitting there worrying about every bite of food you take because you're trying to "stay on plan." It’s deflating. It’s isolating. You know you can't live like this for the next five years. Or even the next few weeks. High-performers at age 30+ don't need to eat like competitive bodybuilders preparing for a show. Anchor your protein early in the day. Maintain a basic movement baseline. Enjoy the exact same dinner your family eats. Does your current nutrition plan allow you to eat the same meals as your family?

Chronic joint pains and aches take away more mental space than you think. Your lower back aches and neck is stiff just from sitting at your desk. You’re managing discomfort constantly, using a lot of mental bandwidth without realizing it. Most men past 35 think this is just "getting old." It’s not. It’s the result of either not moving enough or a routine filled with junk volume designed for a lifestyle that doesn’t assume a 9-5 job and a family at home. When you dial back to 3 short, focused workouts per week and prioritize recovery, the chronic pain starts to disappear. You find focus that wasn’t there before because you’re not constantly broken down.

Here’s how I helped a full time teacher with a pregnant wife at home drop 7 pounds in 30 days: Most workout advice fails in this situation because it assumes you can dedicate 5 days per week in the gym. You’re left thinking that the only way to get real results is to sacrifice hours per week that you simply don’t have. Here is the simple process we used instead: 1. 3 full body workouts per week. Simple and effective. Very flexible. Can be done in 30 minutes if time is a constraint. Each muscle group is hit with enough frequency and volume per workout stays low. 2. Focus on realistic step count. 7k per day is plenty. One dedicated walk combined with normal steps from just living hits this number easily. No overbearing crazy step count that makes consistency hard. 3. Locked in a manageable calorie deficit. No obsessing over protein. Just a simple tracking system to consistently hit the right total amount of calories every day. No food restrictions. Never starving and depleted. This simple process requires less than 3 hours per week in the gym. Strength improves every week. Fat melts at the same time. Pregnant wife at home stays happy. Never too burnt out to skip days. All you need is a system that stays realistic with your lifestyle. Fitness isn’t one size fits all. Let me know in the replies how you make your system fit your life.

You’re in the gym Monday and Tuesday feeling motivated. By Thursday afternoon, your willpower is gone. You look at your schedule. Realize you still have a 90 minute workout to get done after a full work day. Then you make the call to skip it. By Sunday night, the guilt sets in. You promise yourself, again, that you’ll do better next week. This isn't a discipline problem. It's a system problem. Your system depends on willpower on high stress days. A system that relies on your emotions will always fail. Your system needs to still work on your worst Thursday. Not just when you feel motivated on Monday. How often does a busy work day later in the week cause you to skip your workout?

The biggest lie in fitness is that you need more time in the gym. Hit every muscle at least twice per week. From multiple different angles. The bottleneck in your 30s and beyond is consistency and recovery. Not volume and effort. The busy founder using a focused full body split 3 days per week with enough intensity will always beat the guy struggling to stay consistent on a 6 day split. Every. Single. Time. Your system still needs to work on a hard week. Not built off the easy week.

You have hours of client calls. Travel days in airports and hotels. Or you simply want to enjoy dinner with the family. Tracking every single bite of food feels like a chore. Food should never feel like a second job. These two extremes are actually a trap: • Only eating chicken and rice for a few days • Giving up completely because you can’t stop thinking about food You don't need a strict, boring meal plan. You need a simple tracking system. You eat what you want while you stay in a slight calorie deficit. Consistency wins. Keep things simple enough to enjoy. Consistency is easy. Let me know in the replies how you track your food every day.

Most fitness advice fails men past 35. It assumes you have zero lifestyle constraints. It doesn’t account for real life. When you have to balance a career and a family, your workout program shouldn't dominate your life. It should complement your life It should make everything else feel better. If your plan has you sacrificing time with your kids, date night with your wife or obsessing over every bite of food you take, your plan is failing. You’re not. You can be leaner and stronger at 35 and beyond than you were at 25 by doing less. Yes, less. All you need is 45 minutes. 3 times per week. Food you enjoy. A daily walk. That’s it. How many days per week are you in the gym right now?

My client and good friend Tyler had never followed a program. He runs his own business. Travels every single week for work. With 45 minute workouts, 3 times per week, he’s dropped 15 lbs of body fat in his first MONTH working with me. Here’s how we structured things:

3. Moderate calorie deficit. Short morning fasts. Zero food restrictions. Easy tracking system. Able to stick to the calorie number every single day without starving.

Sustainable results in your 30s and beyond don't come from working harder. They come from a system that keeps you consistent without burning out after a month. Feel free to reply here or send a message over my way if you think this is an effective way to make your fitness sustainable.

You’re 38. Building your career. Managing a family at home. Your plate is full. By mid-afternoon your energy is dropping. You’re reaching for more coffee just to get through your afternoon meetings. Then you’re forcing yourself to the gym. After a full work day. For a workout that takes another hour and a half. You’re exhausted. Being fully present as a dad and a husband is simply hard. You don't need more willpower. You need a system that doesn’t make fitness a second job. It doesn’t have to be your identity. It has to help you be the best version of you for your family. And for you. What does your current fitness routine look like?

Thinking my fitness app will go live this week. Workout splits with automatic progressive overload tracking and rest timer. Calories and macros based on your body metrics for cutting, maintenance and lean bulking. Spend less than 3 hours per week in the gym. The exact system I used to melt 35 pounds of fat and build muscle in 16 weeks. Can get you to your dream physique before 2027 if you start now. Let me know in the replies if this sounds like a good fit.

Lower belly fat is the last item in the storage room. Your body clears out every other room first before it. Stay in the calorie deficit until the storage room is empty. Your age has nothing to do with your lower belly. Your daily choices show in your lower belly. Stay consistent and watch it melt away. Walking into your mid-30s/40s leaner and stronger than you were at 25 is a true flex.

Consistency builds the system that gets you your dream physique. Staying consistent is the ultimate hack to push your peak as a guy well into your 40s or even beyond.

Here's how I maintain a ~12% body fat physique at 35 as a dad and traveling weekly for work with a minimalist fitness setup that you can copy: 1. 7-8k daily steps 2. 3 focused lifts weekly 3. 200-300 calorie deficit You don't need a complex lifestyle overhaul for the best physique of your life after you turn 30. Just copy this minimalist setup and stay consistent with it for 6 months. Those months will pass by anyway. Choose to spend them right. If you like this minimalist set up, feel free to drop a reply here or shoot me a message.
