A court has expanded GOA’s preliminary injunction against Virginia’s ban on "assault firearms" and magazines over 15 rounds, enjoining all agencies and employees of the Commonwealth from enforcing the new laws.
🚨VA UPDATE🚨
GOA & @GunFoundation's legal team appeared in court to argue our case for a full statewide injunction.
We will share more information once we've received a signed order from the judge.

As someone who has - more than once - been fairly sure he was going to die while piloting an aircraft, I think this asshole should go screw himself.
A pilot should not:

🔘speak too quickly to be intelligible
🔘say, "We're going to crash into the ground!"

A pilot needs a certain disposition. This is not it. That's the reality.

This young lady was able to articulate pertinent information to ATC about what conditions the jet was experiencing, while fully aware that the condition was likely unrecoverable and her fate was sealed. Information that will help investigators insure that no one else has to experience a situation like the one those poor folks faced.
To anyone who is disparaging her professionalism in the last few moments of her conversation with ATC, I genuinely hope you never find yourself faced with what those folks went through. She showed incredible bravery and to say otherwise is patently dishonest.

8. In der Nacht zum Freitag stellte er sich persönlich vor das Gerichtsgebäude und rang mit den Polizisten, um den Zugang freizubekommen.
9. Sobald er im Gerichtsgebäude war, entfernte er die fünf von Tusk illegal vereidigten Richter und gewährte dem Präsidenten des Obersten Gerichts Zugang zu seinem Büro.

In response to my post earlier today where I posted the restoration order of Betty No Last Name - a few responses
1. The document is real. It was mailed to the recipient “Betty No Last Name” at a physical address in Virginia and this is the exact verbatim copy.
2. The certificate bears the wet signature of the Governor of Virginia and the Secretary of The Commonwealth.
I have now sent a FOIA request to the Governor. I am very interested in the “case” of Betty No Last Name that the Governor reviewed the “particulars of”.
I will publish the Governors reply when received.
There are consequences for creating false governmental records. I can promise you - I will push every button I can to hold the clowns in the governors office accountable.
I’m fighting. Even if it’s just me vs. every corrupt government official in the governors office.

Four mentions of “Betty No Last Name” and still no last name. I’m thinking perhaps Abigail Spanberger’s “individualized review” is just imaginary???? So @SpanbergerForVA signed off & restored the rights of a person who doesn’t actually exist, so at this point the “review of the particulars” line is just decoration.

That is the name printed FOUR TIMES on this restoration-of-rights certificate bearing Governor Spanberger’s and Secretary Candi Mundon King’s signatures.
The certificate says the Executive completed a review of “the particulars of the individual’s case.”
There are possible criminal implications here. This is not restoring a dead persons right to vote. This is restoring a non existent persons right to vote. Va. Code § 18.2-472 criminalizes a public officer’s fraudulent false entry in an official record in that officer’s custody. Creating a false restoration record triggers this statute. And get this … a conviction removes the office holder from office and bars them from holding future office….
