As things unfolded, Mike offered me a scholarship to train at Twin City Twisters, a gym that at the time was a powerhouse for level 10s (I got to compete on a National Championship winning team) and produced multiple individual Lvl 10 Nat’l champions.

Way back then in the 90s, Mike wanted to build a squad of Elites, and that’s exactly what they’ve done becoming one of the go-to training facilities for elite gymnastics & producing an Olympian. All that to say, it’s a thrill to see a great coach & person step into this role.

I stopped bringing TikToks over here but I just love what this man is doing with these women’s makeovers. The look on their faces when he reveals them at the end. MY HEART EXPLODES EVERY TIME! The love he has for Black Women shows and I will watch/support every single video 🥹❤️

It’s not about the time, it’s what you do with it. You can do a lot in 30 minutes, with intensity, focus, & purpose. You can also spend 2 hours and get little to nothing accomplished.
