It's a he. I kinda worded a few things wrong. His little sister was the runt that i gave away to a loving family. The one hissing is the younger sister. She used to come over to eat with the other strays before i moved. But she's in good hands with her owner's.

Got the mama spayed. Then bottle fed the kittens myself. Once the mama was well enough. I let her go back outside. She's still a stray. But couldn't get her to be a house cat. But the babies are all grown up and have loving families of their own now. All spayed and neutered. I kept him for myself. The runt. A little girl went to my neighbor as he wanted her. Despite her smallness. She's doing well too.
