I went for a job interview and happened to be the first candidate. After my interview, I came back outside.
I knew the other candidates were curious about the questions I had been asked, so when they stylishly asked, I told them everything.
I started noticing the office tissues that were supposed to last for a week suddenly finishing within three or four days. The procurement officer was requesting more supplies frequently. I assumed perhaps people were using more tissue than usual.
While he was busy shouting, some of the managers had heard the commotion and walked into my office to find out what was happening. They had witnessed the entire confrontation, including the moment I presented the evidence. I couldn’t simply pretend nothing had happened.
I had a friend who was always excited whenever I called him to ask for a loan, especially during the period when I was seriously struggling financially. It was almost as if helping me was what God had called him to do.
She told me that he had been telling people I still owed him money, even though I had already paid back every loan he gave me. In fact, he had been keeping the money I sent him back and telling people I was only sending it because I knew I still owed him.
