We were given excellent advice by a professor when I was in school.
"Let your patients talk long enough and they will tell you what the problem is. You may have to test for confirmation, but they know. Trust them."
It was accurate then and it's still accurate now.

TOTAL US physician compensation is roughly 220 billion, ~8% of US healthcare expenditure. 1 (ONE) PBM had a profit of 125 billion in 2022. Can we stop saying that physician (somebody that actually contributes value to patient care) compensation is the problem?
