Piggybacking off @WithinRafael, I’d be very interested in grabbing a copy! [email protected]
Yes it is. Playing KCOP on YTTV at this very moment. If you have a custom channel guide, switch it back to default. It's very far from the rest of the locals.

We made a mistake thinking laptops should function like mobile phones when we close their lids and put them in backpacks/bags to travel. S3 worked so well, and then we killed it for a successor with “benefits” that have never come to fruition. (WU while asleep? C’mon)

You've recently seen discourse around projects that slim down Windows significantly. I have lots of experience with this idea, having designed XP corporate images with nLite, and thoroughly messed with Windows component initialization and customization in Win7+ WSIM.

In December 1997, Microsoft released the Windows NT 4 Option Pack. Aimed as a stop-gap release while businesses & power users waited for Windows 2000 (1999), it included - amongst other things - Service Pack 3, Internet Explorer 4.01 & introduced the Microsoft Management Console.
It’s been years since I did it, but I recall the Surface Studio 2 having an additional OOBE screen for just this. It’s entirely doable!
