A Colosseum hackathon is a tremendous learning experience.
We conceived a project for solid waste traceability.
Mark your calendars October 30,2026 at 8:00PM
I received a special invitation from the @web3edubrasil Institute to discuss my research on the traceability of valuable solid waste and its tokenization within the realm of Regenerative Finance
Presentation will be in Portuguese

@colosseum We had an intense journey in Brazil, but the days were filled with the exchange of experiences, networking, and mutual support.
Each team had its own purpose, yet all remained open to making connections.
Regardless of the outcomes, one thing is certain: Brazilian teams will build technologies for diverse ecosystems and make a difference in the lives of millions of people, creating everything from local solutions to scalable ones
We have an excellent reference to guide us #kuka
@ecolchain Team Nani Araujo, Paulo Mussolini, Leandro Leite, Enrique Lupo
This was an important step in laying the foundation for the project; we continue the journey toward new achievements.

Currently, the countries that recycle the most are also the ones that export the most waste to impoverished nations, leading to environmental contamination and the degradation of the surrounding communities.
Tracking isn't just about knowing whether bottles, plastics, aluminum, and cardboard are heading to recycling; it means avoiding the extraction of more raw materials from nature.
When waste becomes a valuable asset, it generates income for a segment of society.
Globally, 3.5 billion tons are generated, yet only 17% are recycled.
Here in Brazil, 82 million tons are produced annually, with a recycling rate of just 4%.
ECOLchain Pitch - A B2B marketplace on Solana where waste generators, cooperatives and recyclers trade glass, aluminum, cardboard and PET lots with verifiable traceability from origin to delivery.
Bottles Recycling or Reuse?
Glass is a valuable asset it is 100% recyclable
Around 30 billion wine bottles are sold worldwide every year
Global glass recycling rates range from approximately 48% to 70%, depending on the country
What happens to those bottles after consumption?
🤖 Made with AI
♻️ From waste to value, 650 million wine bottles represent a major challenge — but also a major opportunity for Brazil
Recovering 1 million bottles could potentially generate approximately R$1.5 million in reuse revenue, with potential operating results above R$1 million
Circularity needs to be measured, tracked and valued.
That is where ECOLchain comes in.
