Arthur C. Clarke on BBC's Horizon in 1964, when he gave some astonishing predictions about the future.
This amazing abstract piece that uses Norman Foster’s Californian Apple building as its reference. Such talent in my Y10 Art, Craft and Design GCSE class.
Same student, same software, elephant from summer term in Y8, cat from last week. Measurable progress.

It was a pleasure to welcome back 10 local network schools to @RHSSuffolk to take part in the @EduRAEng collaborative #STEMFEST. Exciting show from the rocket man Jon London and fab coding workshop with @mindsets_uk @RedfernElec
The PETRAT recycling project is full of opportunity. Rather than shredding waste with a square edge, we are experimenting with putting it straight into the laser cutter and cutting beads for our jewellery project- this black 4mm acrylic gave us lots of 4mm beads.#preciousplastic
Beautiful blended sheet of acrylic created by KHS Y8s in lunchtime club this week. But what to do with it?#CRClarke #preciousplastic #recycling #dtchat #acrylic

Getting wonderful results with a batch of clear acrylic waste we have picked up from St Helena School Colchester.
When you show a class how to level off chipped acrylic by hand and one of them says ‘why don’t we use a thing like we do with the barista machine to tamp down the coffee?’. Some 16mm MDF and two toilet door handles later…#crgstechnology #recycling #CRClarke #perspex #dtchat
