Hi E,not RM but here’s what I’ve learned:Ukraine is large country buffering Europe at Russia’s SW border, also has maritime access to Black, thus Mediterranean Seas. Good farmland. Leans more 2Western-style democracy than old Soviet overlords. Blocks Putin on many levels.See map.

Yes I will give a student a second, third, forth.......chance! As many chances as it takes for a child to succeed! That’s my job, that’s what I signed up for - to be the difference, to go one more round! #relentless

I'm at a lost of why asking kids want they want is a new craze. Student voice has been there. We have to reflect, why have we not restructured schools based on their input. Do we really value the data of marginalized students? We should stop asking and just act on the data.

Remember Kelley Williams-Bolar? She was was convicted of using the wrong residence to get her daughters into a better school district in Ohio than underperforming Akron. She was sentenced to 3 years & ordered to pay $30,000 to the school district. But, #CollegeCheatingScandal

Good morning to all educators committed to reconsidering "behavior issues" and rebranding them as opportunities to invite someone in to conversation and connection. These are the moments for us to line up actions with all the things we say we believe.

The time is #now for us to continue our inter-racial conversations on race. Thank you @edequity for creating the environment that allowed this first step in our journey to take place. #kidsdeserveit #allin #allmeansall
The start of a great year of empowering professional development with the courageous equity leaders of Fairfield-Suisun USD. We spent 1/2 of our time engaged in Anti-racist leadership. "Can We Really Talk" article provided the ground work to talk about Race. Real PD!

Effective instructional coaching is knowing the type of teacher you are coaching and how you tend to guide them to their next level of performance. Tier I - III teachers have very distinct skill sets. How many Tier I teachers do you have on your campus? See attache!
