Give it a break Jummy is not a local champion.... She's an NHS manager who lives some distance from the ward, couldn't be bothered attend to speak to residents at local Hustings and She'd see our local community assets sold off - the truth is out there:

Check out the Shooters Hill Hustings Instagram account - run by volunteers who are residents of the ward. They have done an amazing job of organising and promoting hustings so we are better informed about local issues and the by-election candidates instagram.com/shootershillhu…

It is important for all candidates to put forward their vision for the ward & community assets, also to demonstrate transparency and accountability to ward residents at the Hustings this weekend. @greenwichlabour @GreenGreenwich

Easter Swimming lessons with @AquaticPolaris at @SHCSixthForm were excellent, both my daughter and I really progressed with the tuition provided by Annalize and her team. Hope this becomes a regular feature at the college.

No grit in the grit bin on constitution either
The Red Lion Lane Gritting crew were out this morning gritting the junction of RLL and Constitution. Plus some of the worst pavements as we know @Royal_Greenwich is unlikely to do so
ICE! Be careful on Constitution Rise and Red Lion Lane as the rods have not been gritted. This accident could have easily resulted in serious injury or death of a pedestrian @Royal_Greenwich @DanLThorpe @CliveEfford

gofundme.com/f/christchurch-… staff who run the breakfast & after-school club are owed pay after @treetopsclubs went bust. Credit to @CCShootershill who in the interim are continuing their employment & childcare for pupils. Please donate to cover the shortfall if you can, thanks ♥️

I’m very happy to say that, contrary to the wishes of certain oligarchs, Kleptopia, my book on how dirty money is conquering the world, will remain available in all good bookshops. Kleptocracy is the greatest threat we face. At the very least, we should be able to read about it.
Well this is interesting: @tomburgis - author of Kleptopia - how dirty money is conquering the world - has just won the defamation action brought against him by one of the companies that features in his rather gripping investigation:

Today has been Stephen Lawrence Day at Christ Church. There has been some great activities celebrating everyone’s individuality as well as looking at our hopes and how we can be the ‘best that we can be’.
