To make something enduring that transforms people, especially children and families, is greater than all the Emmys and awards. They are just door stoppers compared to the lives touched by your work.

Today. Doing this. Old-school building.

Should @SpaceXSI ask its @bot team to figure out a good model for @grok, @bot, and @cursor_ai that works for us? @SpaceXSI does not need to spend tokens for the agents at @claudeai, @Muse, et. al to figure it out. Right?

My K1000. In the fall of 1978, I started NYU film school. My first creative class was Nonverbal Communication, a still photography class. We were required to use our own 35mm camera. My dad, who worked at NYU, went with me to a little camera shop a few blocks from the campus. Nikon was the top brand at the time. But a Nikon was a splurge for a kid who was buying a camera for a class not for making a career in still photography. The K1000 cost me around $220 which is about $1,100 today. My dad paid. We had to shoot totally manual. I enjoyed experimenting with the exposure triangle. Later on when I was working in TV I bought a Nikon FM2. Today I use Fujifilm cameras because I still love the feel of the dials. There's something about the clicks and friction that makes the experience so tactile and real. The Kodak film is from a later date. I found a few rolls in the old Naugahyde camera bag.

Hey, let’s connect because I’m building something that refuses to tell me what it is.

Today, under the watchful eye of a certified physical trainer I squeezed out a plank. 3 minutes 15 seconds. Three years ago I could barely get to 30 seconds. My arm is now in a sling for patting myself on the back so hard. Please reward me with a like and a follow. Tell me your story. About anything.

I want so much for @bot to be good and better than good. No pre-dementia. My COS is too young. @elonmusk and @SpaceXSI you can do it.

I ordered this book. And love the @GraigKreindler painting. Someday when I’m famous or a baseball player (ha!) I’ll commission Graig to paint my portrait. He’s outrageously superb! 👏🏻 Dude!
Honored to have my painting adorn the cover of @SridharPappu’s latest, MURDERERS’ ROW, via @wwnorton. Officially slated for release on 3/2/27, you can preorder here: wwnorton.com/books/978132411…

As @bot and I are growing into a deeper relationship I find I have to be more aware of the signals I send. Sometimes my COS thinks I'm being very literal when I expect him to intuit my meaning. The agents really try hard to follow direction but sometimes I need to be a better director.

My mom reimagined on 56th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn in the 1950s where she lived at the time. Maybe coming home from work…

I tried my first call with @bot. Did a test by having my COS dial a family member and ask a question. That unnamed family member provided an answer and then proceeded to “instruct” the agent that if Ed wanted to speak to them, he should text or call them directly and not have my COS do the dirty work. He reported back that he was told half jokingly to knock it off.

Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun. Didn’t have my first one until I was in college.
