@AmericanAir needs to evaluate the “self serve” kiosk/bag drop procedures. This is my 3rd airport in 2 weeks where the process is a complete mess for passengers and staff when it’s clearly the fault of someone in an ivory tower who thought this would be “efficient”. Hire humans.
@AmericanAir Standing here looking at a dozen machines that just don’t work, two long lines of passengers, and TWO staff members at the counter doing their best to deal with all of it.
As a teacher in U.S., I will finally concede the existence of learning loss. It seems it’s not the children we need to worry about, though.
Not only should @Schoology not be auto-closing my support tickets, they should be paying me to report bugs in the system!

If you're able to correct someone's language, that means that you understood what they meant to say or write. So since that 'mistake' doesn't impede communication, consider whether correcting them is appropriate or not.
Gotta say I’m a really big fan of every person on EduTwitter NOT having a hot take every 5 minutes about other teachers’ best efforts during remote/hybrid/quaranlearning.
