After watching the Nigerian Presidency (@officialABAT) try, in our opinion, to lie by omission, we are sharing the actual court ruling with the world and the Nigerian people. Click the link below to review the folder labeled BOMBSHELL, and then review the court ruling in the documents labeled File 1 and File 2.
The court has essentially denied the FBI's and DEA's efforts to hide Nigerian President #Tinubu's alleged heroin-trafficking files. The judge blasted the FBI and DEA for trying to hide the connection between President Tinubu and his alleged heroin-trafficking associate, Agbele, and further blasted the FBI and DEA for trying to downplay wiretaps. Yes, there are wiretaps. In our opinion, the world may one day hear the voice of President Tinubu on an FBI and DEA wiretap.
In our opinion, we have the clearest signal from the court that President #Tinubu was, in fact, connected to heroin trafficking and that these documents, in part or in whole, are going to be released to the public.

As expected, the Nigerian Presidency (@officialABAT) exists in a world of untruths, half-truths, and fantasy. What @SundayDareSD has stated is only half the story and a lie by omission. Here are the facts:
@SundayDareSD is correct that the @uscourts blocked Aaron Greenspan's request to serve discovery on Nigerian President #Tinubu in an unrelated matter involving alleged hacking by the Nigerian Presidency and its agents, which had nothing to do with the FOIA request for alleged heroin-trafficking records. What he intentionally left out is that the court:
1: Denied the @FBI 's and @DEAHQ 's cross-motions for summary judgment regarding the vast majority of their withholdings.
2: Slammed the FBI and DEA for using "boilerplate" and "imprecise" excuses to hide information regarding #Tinubu and his alleged drug trafficking associate Agbele.
3: Firmly ruled that because a detailed DOJ asset-forfeiture affidavit from 1993, mapping out the drug-trafficking and money-laundering investigation into Tinubu, is already part of the public record, the FBI and DEA cannot use broad privacy or secrecy exemptions to keep that identical information redacted.
4: Rejected the DEA's excuses: The DEA tried to withhold pages using generic, single-sentence explanations regarding wiretaps and pen registers. The judge rejected these explanations, stating that the DEA had completely failed to meet its legal burden.
5: Ordered the FBI and DEA to go back, review the files against the public record, and provide detailed justifications for why any portions of these files should remain secret by November 27, 2026.
Never trust anything the #Tinubu presidency says. They lie both directly and by omission. The court's decision is a massive blow to President Tinubu, and the Tinubu presidency is trying to hide behind the judge's denial of Aaron Greenspan's request to question Tinubu in a matter unrelated to the FOIA case.

See how my state governor is begging for votes? This is how true democracy works. But in Nigeria politicians don’t care about appealing to voters because they feel they can use their positions to rig elections.
I pray for the day when rigging elections in Nigeria is treated as a felony crime with the law vigorously enforced.

Is anyone shocked that a former KGB agent is manipulating the President of the United States? And @realDonaldTrump keeps falling for it!

Reading comments on the Russian and Ukrainian war made me realized that 80% of the people saying negative things about Ukraine are either Russian bots, MAGA idiots and paid influencers.
The truth remains that the mad man Putin invaded a sovereign country of Ukraine, tried to dictate how Ukraine should live or who they should ally with. Ukraine is not a territory of Russia.
Anyone who thinks it’s ok for Russia to keep killing Ukrainians or destroying their infrastructure but don’t want Ukraine to respond is an idiot that should be confined to a mental institution, including that Orangutan who has lost the respects of all serious countries around the world!
I hope @realDonaldTrump @POTUS apologizes to the Ukrainian people for this embarrassing disparage and betrayal!
A historic video of America’s betrayal – November 22, 1994.
The U.S. President thanks Ukraine for giving up its nuclear weapons. In return, the U.S. promises to stand by Ukraine’s side to safeguard its independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
But instead of defending Ukraine, Trump and his administration have sided with the aggressor against Ukraine.

Imagine 1941, when German aircraft were bombing British cities, Europe was under the Nazi boot, and Churchill was desperately trying to save his country from Hitler's onslaught.
And then, at that very moment, US President Franklin Roosevelt suddenly announces that the main problem is not Hitler, who is occupying foreign territories and killing people, but the stubborn British, who simply refuse to agree to a peace deal. Worse still, they keep bombing German industrial facilities, damaging the economy of the Third Reich and creating difficulties for international trade.
The American president is terribly outraged. After all, his voters need cheap fuel, the economy needs stability, and he himself needs good approval ratings. So instead of helping Britain, he calls Hitler, negotiates the supply of German goods, proposes easing economic restrictions, and threatens to cut Churchill off from weapons and intelligence unless he stops destroying German industry.
And to finally persuade the Führer to come to the negotiating table, American mediators even propose returning some of Germany's frozen state assets.
All in the name of peace, naturally.
And, of course, for the sake of the American economy, which should not have to suffer simply because some stubborn British people refuse to surrender.
Now try to imagine what history textbooks would look like if Roosevelt had actually behaved this way.
What if he had called Hitler a wonderful negotiating partner, demanded that Churchill surrender territory, and simultaneously tried to convince Americans that Germany needed to be allowed to make money because otherwise it would refuse to make peace?
What if, instead of Lend-Lease, Britain had received an American ultimatum: stop bombing German factories because we need to lower prices before the elections?
What would we say about such a president today?
Would we call him a brilliant negotiator who was simply protecting his country's economic interests?
Or would we say that, for his own benefit, he was helping the Nazi war machine while simultaneously depriving its intended victims of the means to defend themselves?
Fortunately, history took a different path.
Roosevelt secured the passage of the Lend-Lease Act, and the United States began providing massive assistance to the countries resisting Hitler even before America formally entered World War II.
But today, watching Donald Trump's actions, I increasingly find myself wondering what Europe's fate would have been if a politician with the same attitude toward aggression, human lives, and personal profit had occupied the White House back then.

My last patient of the day is 83 years old and a professor of mathematics at the state university in the city I work.
I have seen dedications but this old man took it to another stubborn level. It so happened that he was going to lecture his students, on his way to his class he tripped and fell because it had rained. This man broke his hip bone, he then asked passing students to go help him get a wheelchair to take him to his class. He was carried on the wheelchair to the class. Still in pain, this man completed his lecture for the day.
Crazy thing was he wanted to drive himself to the hospital. His students refused. A couple of students brought him to the hospital. We completed his hip fracture surgery successfully. It just amazes me how resilient some people can be.
